Hey guys this is kinda random and specific but like does the mental hyperactivity part of your adhd also cpunts if its images? Like does it have to be only words to count as mental hyperactivity or do images also count?

Whenever i go on the ADHD's brain fog tag i only see hypoactive brain fog, but do you guys also experience hyperactive brain fog?

I feel like that every time i forget to take my meds. Everything feels way too slow and my brain feels way too quick, my words sound like meaningless, endless gibberish, my vision gets impossible to focus on one spot so everything feels shaky and blurry, entire sentences are forgotten in seconds and the whole world in general feels icoherent and unreal. Can anyone relate?
