Time to yap about my new Treebark AU I mentioned in a previous post!!

Okay so, Ren has this special pendant that's been passed down through his family for generations, like a really long time. And our guy decides to take a walk, at night, cuz ofc thats not a bad idea.

Oh it's also like a slightly more medieval setting.

Anyways he pretty much gets jumped by these three bandits (my beloved bandit trio, they could never make me hate you💞) and they take his pendant and run away, aka to help one if the bandits because Ren did injure one (my girl Sorrel💔).

So after that Ren's just like sitting there on the path, trying not to cry because the pendant is so important to him and his family. And so enter Martyn, he's just waltzing along on whatever his own journey is (haven't decided what his said journey is yet but I will sooooon) , and sees this guy almost crying on the path (btw shout out to "Here I Am" by TCW, that's what's currently playing heh ^^) .

So Martyn asks if Ren's okay and obviously Ren is not okay. Then Ren explains about his pendant and Martyn offers to help him get it back!!

And so that's pretty much just the first chapter, but it sets up the rest of the fic! After that Ren and Martyn have to track down the bandits, who are planning to sell the pendant.

I am working on writing it (the chapter one fight scene will be the death of me) , and have chapters 1-5 planned but there's definitely gonna be more then that.

Still have lots more things to do to form this au up but yeah! Including a name, I am so bad at coming up with names for my aus 💔

Hopefully I won't let it collect dust in my notes like so many others!

As an Inspector Gadget fan, I'm kind of surprised that there is an existing map location called "Metro City" in the open world map of "World Tour" mode from Street Fighter 6. ...wowzers!

I ordered insomnia cookies before my focalin kicked in I got one big chocolate chip peanut butter cup and one big s’mores cookie and milk too but now that the meds have kicked in the thought of the cookies and milk I’m about to receive makes me wanna puke......smh
