What are the main retcons to the story of Fate/strange Fake Narita introduced in the manga adaptation, and then later backported to the light novels?

I'm hesitant to call any expansion a retcon, but the designs for Watcher and a few of its shadows debuted in the manga and later described in the novels accordingly.

Then there are some manga-first details like a few characters names and details on Bazdilot's magecraft, which exist and have been backported to the novels yet, but there's no reason to assume they're not a background thing in the novels.

The only point of conflict between the two that comes to mind is the 3rd Crusade Dead Apostle, with Narita's old TM Ace interview referring to him as Nrvnqsr Chaos while the manga shows Merem's right leg devil. I guess it's possible both were there at different points and Merem was the one Richard, Saladin, and Hassan fought, but I'll have to wait for the anime's take on this one before I can say anything confidently.

And that does upset me a tiny bit. I mean, he has like five different forms one after another in this art book, it feels like there’s a lot to him, but he never shows up.

Wait what future content is Merem Solomon going to be in? Or is that just a vague "yeah we might get to see him eventually"

Prelude is meant to be an introduction to the major characters of Tsukihime 2, establishing their future roles in the game. Lorelei, Enhance, Mr. Dawn and Caren, and all DAAs involved in the Ortenrosse vs Altrouge vs Arcueid conflict were created specifically to have a major role in the long-awaited. Prelude is called Prelude for a reason.
