only friends is the messy bl ive been craving, i just don’t trust gmm to do it right if that makes sense? like then as a company hasn’t really pulled off messy well
Honestly, GMMTV has done a lot of messy in weird ways that often doesn't quite work at the end but works the rest of the time and I've accepted it.
Only Friends looks... plausible. Just expect that the ending will somehow never live up to the rest of the promise.
Same with Dangerous Romance.
GMMTV does messy as long as they don't have to end it. Their endings are almost always their biggest issues.
But I have hopes. I've started to accept that part of enjoying these BLs is anticipating an underwhelming ending and so just kind of... caring more about the journey than the destination.
I am obviously addicted to being disappointed because I always watch them.
