These divisions have the same vibes. Can't explain what those vibes are, just that they're the same.

metro got pissed at people calling them the midtropolitan last year so now 3 of the metro teams are ranked 2, 3, and 4 overall in the league right now

explaing the metro is like the flyers and caps have fun beating up on each other, and they know the rules, and then the pens try to interrupt and it pisses both the flyers and caps off because the pens are going to start crying when they lose, and then the fucking rangers are sucking up to grandma and grandpa again even though we saw them rear end the canes' car, which we don't care about but they are not good people. and then the annoying nj devils keeping popping up when they should be at the kids table and the blue jackets are just trying to get their life back on track, and we support them but also we need them to help us shove the islanders down the stairs for taking too long in the bathroom

No Straight Roads: Comments About the Age of the Robots in the Metro Division

This is the kinda thing I was talking about for my last theory post.

Metro Division/Neon J. Theory

So if you go around the Metro Division and check the robots, Mayday and Zuke consistently make note of how they're older models being repurposed for their current roles. We know that Vinyl City went through a depression during the war, and only recently entered this new era of prosperity under NSR. We also know that the district's charter runs their district how they see fit.

What I'm thinking is that as someone who would have lived through Vinyl City's depression, Neon J. would value making use of anything and everything they have available to them to avoid spending money needlessly.
