Oh my God! I'm soooo happy that I found your blog. If you still do requests can I ask for headcanon with Duke and his female love interest who a little bit older and skillful then him. She is coldhearted and stoic but everyone can see that she has a soft spot for him.

• Duke tends to be stubborn and persistent at first.
• Once he noticed that you seem to become a bit relaxed and comfortable around him, the man will release his grip.
• In fact he doesn’t want to scare you away with this or press on you, it’s just his nature.
• Actually he understands that not many people in the world you are living in are worth of being trusted. He’ll stop go “fast and heavy” on you.
• If you need more time to start trusting him and open up, so let be so. He’s okay with that.
• Sometimes will poke fun of you, but nothing offensive - he’s just seeking for your attention.
• He feels like you’re underestimate him for some reason and will pick any dangerous and hard mission to prove that you haven’t seen “the real him” yet.
• One of the things he really likes about you, is your strong, stoic character of yours and your ability to protect not just yourself but also weaker innocents.
• It doesn’t mean that he won’t become a sort of you personal invisible guardian-angel.
• Unostentatious helping, little insurance here and there, support during missions. That kind of stuff.
• Although it’s obvious for everyone around you that there’s something going on between you two, they won’t say a word. Nobody wants to have a punch in their face from you.
• In the beginning you didn’t want to have anything in common with the guy under your own age.
• But as soon as you found out that he’s actually more mature that his “age by passport” says, you couldn't help but soften your shell.
• Once you are ready and give him more obvious signals, he’ll start acting more confident and freely.
Sam
I have a headcannon guys listen up. Yknow how Sam said his dad made him sign up for the marines? What if he did something that got him in a lot of trouble and that’s why his dad had him do that. Maybe he got arrested or something? Maybe he dropped out of university or never went? I’m thinking, y’all.
Sam teaches the crew to say stupid California things from the 80’s and 90’s cause he thinks it’s funny. It starts out with stuff like teaching them to say “bitchin” when they think something is cool. However it goes too far when Idiot says “kawabunga” before doing something and Sam dies a little bit on the inside.
I feel like Sam does get back to America someday, but it's not the way you would think. It isn't from Tom and the sub or from hitching a ride with someone else. No, this motherfucker walks the bering strait in the middle of winter.
