This audio is based on @megalommi‘s character Nostra, the Mobfell version of Baggs, everyone’s favorite hypnotist. Nostra uses magic smoke to hypnotize people, and smokes a real cigar to hide it. Don’t let him light up in front of you, or you’ll soon be completely under his control. Or do, if you’re into the idea.
I was inspired to do some more design notes on Nostra, my Mobfell!Baggs.
He's a mob boss (the MF Papyrus is the face of the gang, but he is the true leader, pulling strings behind the scenes). His organisation produces drugs of his own design, he rules the city.
His method of hypnosis is through his smoke. He is often seen smoking cigars, but that is only to mask the smoke magic he produces.
The pocket watch doesn't do anything, he thinks the cliché is funny.
Do you happen to have any more mafia!baggs scraps maybe perhaps? He’s my favorite version so far ( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )
