And yeah, a fem reader if u don't mind, who's like an agent or a soldier, working alongside with the character for years maybe, building a strong deep relationship which slowly turns into love. And an introvert reader pls, cold but still can show empathy, also can be silly and idiot. I find in many fics that the reader is usually a bold and open girl, that's why I ask about an introvert or shy reader. This may sound annoying, if so, I apologize.
You can make them headcanons (maybe ten for each character?), it would be easier i guess, I think fics are longer and need more time and effort (in my opinion), so do as you wish.

He got along with you just fine (however he could be pretty annoying at times, ESPECIALLY when your social battery was drained. MGS3 era Ocelot didn't really get the whole 'social battery' idea.)
In fact, he actually enjoyed your company so much, he basically made you the second leader (not officially, but he made SURE his unit understood)
However, as good of friends you two became
You lost contact with him after the events of Operation Snake Eater
And, it hit you. It really did
And although you weren't aware of it, Ocelot was effected by it too
He actually... missed you
Yes, he missed his unit but he missed you more
But, as we know, Ocelot ended up getting very busy with... other things
You wouldn't end up seeing him until MANY years later in 1984, when you joined Diamond Dogs
It was quite hard trying to get back into 'normal' civilian life after being in of the military for so long
The military was your calling, and you were trying to find another opportunity to be apart of it again

And well, of course you're going to join
What you weren't expecting when you did join though, was seeing an old friend again
When you first saw Ocelot, you almost didn't recognize him

Transfem Eva, my source is that I'm transfem and that's how I'd act if I wasn't socially anxious. Also like me she's down bad for someone who will not reciprocate feelings at all (besides the non canonical meetup in Portable Ops(most of Portable Ops is canon though(fight me))).
also i headcanon that donna burke's snake eater remix is how v remembers the mission if that makes sense, it's through a more tactical lens, he remembers feeling those emotions and what the mission means but he struggles to have a personal connection to it, it's the same with his other memories which is also why he didn't react much when ocelot referenced bibo's "you're pretty good" monologue. i wonder what his memories are actually like. i wonder which ones he would personally see as important (saving people? guilt over killing people?). i wonder how he saw himself in bibo's memory too, did he feel an itch there? a feeling that he was supposed to think differently of that medic?
BB is a chronic sleep humper and not only likes to sleep with his arm wrapped around your chest but leg up over or between yours, your comfort isnt a consideration for him at all. snores loud as hell too. nasty yellow evil pillow cause he drools and sweats quite a lot.
kaz is the kinda guy who does the inch worm wriggle trying to get you to rub his back and while hes the big spoon rubs his dick against you cause either itll lead somewhere or he will be forced to roll over and be the little spoon so he wins either way. I also think he struggles to sleep alone.
when ocelot is asked why theres only one bed he quite confidently tells you its because he wants to fuck. sleep talker/moaner and sleeps with his hand down his underwear for comfort and security. regularly snaps awake gasping both cause he forgets to breathe and nightmares.
Liquid: Constantly blows up the chat because every sentence needs to be its own seperate text. Types way too fast.
Ocelot: Writes detailled paragraphs with proper grammar and punctuation. Takes ages to respond as a result. The conversation has often moved on to something else by then.
Mantis: Group chat on mute. Gives him a headache. He doesn't even really need a phone, anyway.
Wolf: Doesn't write much, mostly reacts to messages. Sends pictures of the dogs a lot. She's not supposed to (professionnal group chat and all), but it's not like anyone is going to stop her.
Raven: Reads every message but rarely responds with anything more than a "👍". Sends pictures of his birds on occasion. Again he's not supposed to but who's gonna tell him no?
Octopus: Every sentence needs at least 3 emojis ☎️💬🐙
