aka. the sim for my new, low qual (as per usual) gameplay where idk. she Does things. she’s from brindleton bay, and lives at this like. house with a lighthouse attatched to it bc i made it for her so w/e

yeah so thats the house anyway. she mans the lighthouse there!! she took over as Lighthouse Guardian after her grandpa passed away (rip u old geezer). um. what else. o ya. she has a dog. like, i havent made the dog yet bc sims dogs r ugly asf but she’s got one. um?????? shje wants 2 open a restaurant one day! so she’s gonna be getting a degree in cooking if they have one idk i havent checked but yeah! WHoo! if they dont have a degree in cooking dont read this grr ;-; Oh ya her traits r foodie, outgoing, and insider!! idk why. those dont pertain to her personality shut up ill probably change them anyway! um ya but anyway she is That Bitch but she’s also really sweet, but she does know she is That Bitch so. she’s a klutz like a total fucking dumbass yeah! anyway i dont wanna type anymore cya also i chose the surname ward bc it means guardian and her fam b. da guardians of da lighthouse. hueheue ur welcome.

The sun wasn’t quite up yet, but Stef didn’t want to stay in her room anymore. She had had another nightmare and decided to just get up for another day so she wouldn’t have to worry about possibly having another. Opening her door, she paused when she found Mia sleeping on the other side of it.

She knelt beside her, giving the other woman a gentle nudge. “Mia, wake up. What are you doing here?”

Rise

Lost and Found Spoiler Alert! This challenge contains what could be seen as a major spoiler!

@ladydarkphoenix-blog and I both did a songfic challenge with Katy Perry’s “Rise”. Here is my challenge with Mia.

Rating: Teen+ Words: 926

The Screaming was still there, in her head. She couldn’t escape it, no matter how far she ran from the source. He was going to find her again, she knew it. This escape was an illusion. Her faked death... she felt so certain he would see right through it. He would seek her out and drag her back.

But no. No, she had to be strong. She managed to break through the programming. It wasn’t a total victory though. Renegade kept fighting inside of her, wanting to return to their master. Mia couldn’t allow herself to give in. She was going to survive; Rumlow was not in charge of her life anymore. She couldn’t obey him any longer, not after the last death. That girl’s eyes had shaken Mia to a chilling sobriety. He was going to kill them all one day, and she was not going to be part of it.

Her feet slipped off the roof she had been walking on, causing her to fall into a dumpster by the wall. You won’t make it without me, that voice whispered in her head. It was Renegade. You’re too weak.

Mia shook her head. It felt so tempting to just give in. “No,” she whispered, rolling onto her back. Her body ached. Her uniform was stained with blood and dirt, and now whatever she had fallen into. It smelled like some kind of rotting food, maybe. She heard a door, not sure from where, but moments later she heard a woman’s voice. She slid against the wall of the dumpster, not wanting to be found. She would rather hide there, left alone, forgotten. Give up, the voice spoke to her, go back to the master. Maybe she should. If she returned quickly enough, maybe Brock wouldn’t be too cruel.

Do not doubt your strength, another voice in her head stated. This one sounded strong and good. Your victory is so close, it’s nearly in your grasp. You know it’s true. “Yes,” Mia replied to the voice, closing her eyes. She just needed to rest here, that was all.

Go away, she heard Renegade growl.

I will not, countered the good voice. You shall leave.

Renegade tried to take control; Mia could feel it. She struggled to keep conscious. She couldn’t succumb to the murderous being inside her, not here!

Mia kept fighting, keeping Renegade at bay. It was the good voice’s chance; she quickly gained control of Mia’s mind. Renegade’s efforts were effectively halted. The woman rested her head, finding a comfortable enough position, and went to sleep, as if on cue.

The fight wasn’t over yet. Mia needed to regain control again. The only positive this time was the fact that at least this one, Protectress is what she was calling herself, wasn’t going out and killing people. She was sleeping, something Mia’s body had desperately needed.

Were someone to find her now, she would simply look dead. The dried stains on her uniform, cuts and bruises, maybe fractures underneath; it was amazing that she was even alive. Protectress managed to make her body slumber for hours before loosening control, allowing Mia a chance to take it back. Renegade had been waiting, though, jumping into control and arousing the body. “You can’t deny me my fun now,” she said, using Mia’s lips to grin in triumph.

We can, and will, Protectress promised her, planting her feet, not letting Renegade leave with Mia’s body.

Mia allowed the war to wage on inside her, becoming an observer in her own soul. Through years of torture, Brock had managed to fracture her into three; there was the brutally vicious and bloodthirsty Renegade, the heroic Protectress, and then there was Mia, now trapped between the two, in the gray area of her morals.

“You’re wasting your energy on her,” taunted Renegade. “Her time has come and she knows it.”

Mia finally found her own voice again upon hearing Renegade. No, she stated, a whisper against the other’s current strength.

“What was that?”

I said no, Mia said again, louder. She pushed back, aided by Protectress. I won’t let you win! They were able to knock Renegade out of control of the body, but for how long? Mia looked to the sky, finding the darkness brightening as the morning sun approached. She survived the first night away from him. He didn’t find her.

She sat on the trash on the floor of the dumpster, her body still exhausted. The mental war was still trying to wage on inside her. Mia struggled to keep control, making a desperate prayer to the heavens.

Dear, do not doubt yourself, she heard Protectress say to her. I promise you, you will win this. He will never have you again. “He won’t.” You just have to keep fighting. You will be too strong for his control next time.

“You’re right,” she replied to the voice in her head as a face appeared over the side of the dumpster wall.

“Are you alright in there, dear?” the old woman asked her, startling Mia out of her battle.

“I...” The faint feeling of Renegade’s presence tried to return, but she pushed them back. “I think...”

“Why don’t you come out and let Yaya help you, hm?” the woman offered.

Mia nodded and slowly climbed out, Yaya helping her to the ground. It felt as though this kind stranger was many an answer to her prayer.

Protectress, Mia thought, following the woman into her little restaurant, you were right. No more doubting. I’ll fight her, and win.
