Hope this helps! Take care guys ❤❤❤Reposted from @honestlyholistic When anxiety was with me 24/7, all I wanted to read about were symptoms. I had so many physical symptoms that I obsessed over endlessly. When I’d get lucky and stumble across an article or forum where other people had the same symptoms, it brought me sooo much relief. Of course I’d also often end up in places that would make me completely paranoid and I’d start to think my symptoms were really serious. Anxietycentre.com was a website that I bookmarked and went back to again and again because it lists hundreds of anxiety symptoms, the weird ones too. My goal with my page was to not only share my own story with you, but to also create a safe space that you can come to whenever you need to, to find some comfort, some relief, unlike google where it’s a gamble every time. I hope you find that relief here ❤️ These are just some top symptoms I struggled with, and I know so many of you do too. If you don’t see one here that resonates, just take a scroll through my page and I can almost guarantee you’ll find the symptom you are dealing with 🤗 If you’d like to learn more about my own story and experience with gad, panic disorder, health anxiety, my meds story etc as well as what I did to start managing my anxiety then find my book link in my bio ❤️ Content by @honestlyholistic Graphic by @marketingforhumans 💕 Thank you for being part of our community 💌 Free newsletter: honestlyholistic.com/newsletter 📚 Book: honestlyholistic.com/book #anxiety #MIASA #mentalhealth #mentalillness (at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CKn78OBhi7M/?igshid=1qptka28t6gr4

Sage Recipes: 3 Miasa Blasta le Dinnéar a Dhéanamh
Tá dlúthbhaint acu le ró-mhuire, tá blas bog, blasta ag an saghas luibh adhmaid le leid binneas. Go traidisiúnta úsáidtear é i réimse miasa feolabhunaithe mar gheall ar an mblas beag a bhíonn air. Seachas a blas sobhlasta, tugann an saghas roinnt buntáistí sláinte lena n-áirítear feidhm na hinchinne a fheabhsú, an córas imdhíonachta a neartú agus troid in aghaidh athlasadh.
Bíodh dinnéar…

Mohon kawan2 follow @miasa.malaysia .. •• •• •• Regrann from @miasa.malaysia - Congratulations Malaysia for today Alhamdulillah. We would like to give a special shout out to those with mental health disorders that went to vote today. Despite what you guys are going through, you still went to cast your vote being a responsible member of society Alhamdulillah. Only those that understand knows how hard this was and that in itself is a victory❤️ On behalf of MIASA, we would like to say that no matter who wins, our hope is that mental health will be taken seriously and will be on the national health agenda, hence be given the allocation it desperately needs and the attention that is long overdue; this illness that is affecting 1 in 5 ppl across the globe and the brutal truth is that the illness will cripple you, if it is left untreated and unsupported. We do have high hopes that mental health will soon get the attention it needs and requires. We don’t mind doing the work together with the other NGOs etc but we can’t do it alone. We need the help. We need the support and we need the funds. Mental illness is serious. Awareness and support must be happen. It must exist. Together, can only the change happen. Mental illness patients must be treated the same as patients with physical illness. Mental illness patients deserves the same chance as any other person. Let’s end the discrimination, stigma and inequality. #everyonematters #journeytorecovery #mentalhealthawareness #mentalillnessawareness #Alhamdulillah #breakthestigma #miasa #miasamalaysia - #regrann
