SOCIAL MEDIA ADVICE & SOME HELP FOR YOUR FEET . I'm throwing it way back for you guys to one of my very first rehab posts 17 months ago! (can't believe I've been doing this daily for that long. lol) Quick test to see who my OG's are? What was the first series topic I covered? No scrolling now. 😁 . As I've grown, I've gotten a lot of questions of how I did it, what I film with (🎥Sony a6300), what software I use (🎬Final Cut Pro X), etc. So I want to address that. The number one thing that I did was provide value to you guys. For some reason or another, you guys like to follow me. Maybe it's mobility, rehab, training tips, my dogs on my stories, how I explain things, the editing I do, etc. But whatever it is, there's value there to you. . Growth happens when you provide value. From Day 1, the goal has just been value and remembering that CONTENT IS KING. I never planned to have this many people listening. I just wanted to help some people feel better and get past some common nagging injuries. And I figured the rest out as I went along. . This video shows that I wasn't always super comfortable talking to the camera (I call it finding your swagger). Shot and edited on my phone. Bad lighting. Bad audio. I didn't even wipe my lens 😔. But the content helped people. And I learned and got better. So if you need a piece of advice, find the value first. Get fancy later. . And try rolling the lateral band of your plantar fascia.
