Carpet pages (Folio 474 & 476V) from The second leningrad bible by Shmuel ben Ya'akov in Fostat (old Cairo), egypt, dated: 1008 or 1010, The National Library of Russia in Saint Petersburg.

The manuscript  is the oldest complete extant bible in Hebrew, and contain 16 full carpet pages.
