I just started "DOAC" and wanted to share something. I'm 3 chapters in and understand that there are some turbulence ahead. Knowing that, reading through I knew that I trust you. Realizing that made me less anxious. I trust you and I trust your writing. I trust your decisions and the journey I'm taking with you. it's the feeling of being safe and at home- not an easy task these days. When I'm cursing my life for interrupting me, I know I'm enjoying a good fic. You create worlds I love to live in
i’m sorry i didn’t see your message earlier! i was working on the fanfic page and i didn’t check my inbox. i made that page mainly because i was deleting doac. maybe it’s because the comments got to me, but what i could stomach to reread wasn’t great content. i think the first few chapters are soft and sweet, their friendship budding like it did. but there’s a turn somewhere in there that doesn’t fit the tone, and yea. if you were reading on your browser and want to keep reading it, there are three links for download here.
life hasn’t been easy lately, and i’m an emotional wreck in my best days. and reading that you trust me as a writer and that you feel safe with my stories made me start tearing up and it snowballed into full on crying. “you create worlds i love to live in” is the most beautiful thing anyone has said about my writing, thank you so much.
