It wasn't every day Apollo Justice slept in... but it was today that he did so. That was until he felt something soft, warm, and cherry-scented touch his cheek, then his forehead, then his nose, his chin, and so on.

He couldn't help but wake up in a smile, taking in one of those sleepy, but waking inhales with a small stretch. "Mmm?" He mumbled, lazily cracking open an eye to what he knew would be Klavier.

Apollo only giggled, tired giddiness fueling his 'spite.' This late in the night, with as little sleep as he was running on, such things only encouraged him to persist in his tickle attacks. "Shouldn't have told me that!!" And he tickled him there- loving his laugh. He could only laugh in return.

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Apollo said sleepily, smile unchanging as he nuzzled closer to Klavier on the couch.

Apollo shook under the covers, covering his coughs with the sheet as much as he could. He honestly didn't even realize Klavier was there, at least not immediately. Feeling his comparatively cool hands running through his sweaty hairline was a blessing, and he couldn't help but lean into the touch. The kiss was just as welcome. "Mmm, Klavier?" He hummed, voice hoarse and raspy from how much he'd been coughing. "Is it late?"

Athena sneaks up behind Apollo and then just screams "RATIO'D!" at him before running off, giggling like crazy the whole time.

It was quite the airy scream that escaped him, and it lead to a coughing fit. "ATHENA, WHAT THE HELL?!"

Dang Apollo, how are you gonna have laryngitis. Just breathe better JEEZ.

"I don't think you understand what laryngitis is. It's just something swelling in the throat, it's nothing to do with the respiratory system." Too bad he started coughing more, as if to prove himself wrong. "Then again, since I had asthma as a kid, it's possible all this coughing will start to screw with that." He mused through gritted teeth. At least he was able to talk today!
