So! The theories of which side is in the left/right brain (and thus are right/left handed) have pretty much all come to the exact same conclusion: Roman and Patton are part of the right brain (thus right handed), Logan and Virgil are part of the left brain (thus left handed). While I agree with three of those, I’m here to propose something about Virgil..

Virgil is ambidextrous. Why? Because he is actually part of the mid brain. 

“The amygdala can alert the rest of the brain that a threat is present and trigger a fear or anxiety response. The emotional memories stored in the central part of the amygdala may play a role in anxiety disorders involving very distinct fears, such as fears of dogs, spiders, or flying.” (Source) 

“..Ventral hippocampus may have a preferential role in brain processes associated with anxiety-related behaviors. The latter's role in emotional processing is also distinct from that of the amygdala, which is associated specifically with fear.” (Source) 

So basically, this is saying that anxiety is actually part of the hippocampus and amygdala, aka the mid brain. 

TL;DR: anxiety disorders are part of the mid brain, and thus Virgil is part of the mid brain.

Moreover, if the brain is still in hibernate condition during ages 13 and 15, then its surface brain cells would gradually become calcified and the logical thinking of left brain also tend to be more mature, which will make it more difficult to develop the whole brain potentials. Parents should not miss the golden opportunity to develop their children's brain potentials, or they will regret it for the rest of their life!

Can lack of eye muscle control be linked to mid brain injury?
