Someone requested: Good Omens where everything is the same except for Crowley really is an aardvark

So I tried (GO script and GO book was used).

GARDEN OF EDEN

An average brown AARDVARK dashes to the tree. The aardvark’s head clitters into EVE’s ear. A hand, Eve’s, picks an apple from the tree. She takes a bite. Grins. Passes it to ADAM. Adam also takes a bite.

"I'm sorry," the angel of the Eastern Gate said politely. "What was it you were saying?"

"I said, that one went down like a lead balloon," said the aardvark.

"Oh. Yes," said the angel, whose name was Aziraphale.

"I think it was a bit of an overreaction, to be honest," said the aardvark. "I mean, first offense and everything. I can't see what's so bad about knowing the difference between good and evil, anyway."

"It must be bad," reasoned Aziraphale, in the slightly concerned tones of one who can't see it either, and is worrying about it, "otherwise you wouldn't have been involved."

"They just said: ‘Get up there and make some trouble’," said the aardvark, whose name was Crawly, although he was thinking of changing it now. Crawly, he'd decided, was not him.

Crowley had dark hair and good cheekbones and unusually long fingers, or at least presumably it was his fingers, and he could do really weird things with his slender tongue. And, whenever he forgot himself, he had a tendency to stridulate.
