You know, some of my comrades think that I'm crazy for working out this late at night, even in the days that we leave work very late. And trust me, there are days where I just want to skip one day of training and get some sleep, but something deep inside of me was telling me that it wouldn't be worth it, if I skip one day, then my mind would tell me that it's "ok" to skip a day of workout every now and then. Well, I certainly don't (skip), and I keep consistent of my training and if there are days that I have to leave work very late at night, then I would make my workouts short , but very intense. And that is why I don't make excuses. Always go hard, stay consistent and keep going whatever your goal is.
