You know, some of my comrades think that I'm crazy for working out this late at night, even in the days that we leave work very late. And trust me, there are days where I just want to skip one day of training and get some sleep, but something deep inside of me was telling me that it wouldn't be worth it, if I skip one day, then my mind would tell me that it's "ok" to skip a day of workout every now and then. Well, I certainly don't (skip), and I keep consistent of my training and if there are days that I have to leave work very late at night, then I would make my workouts short , but very intense. And that is why I don't make excuses. Always go hard, stay consistent and keep going whatever your goal is. My Before and After Pics
The first picture was taken way back in 2016, I weighed about 64 kilograms (141 lb) at that time, and it was nearly a month after I injured my arm during an exercise in the recruit, before my injury I was in good shape, I've lost a lot of weight during that period (recruit), my friends and family would say that I looked slimmer, not "bone" skinny, but slimmer than before. Then after my injury I had to stop exercising and go to physical therapy for the next few months and I would only (re) started working out until I was almost 100% cleared. I had to take things very slowly and be smart when I started to get back in shape, focusing on my limits how much or how far could I go without putting too much stress on my body one day at a time. On July 18th I returned to the military and I would finished what I started in the beginning of the year, this time was harder than the last one (probably because it was during summer time) but still, after a grueling month and a half I finally completed my recruit and prepare myself for my upcoming future. During that time I would now take the gym very serious, work harder than ever before, have my meals in check (most of the time dontjudgemeXD) and try to be as healthy as I can trying to stay away from the bad influences such as smoking (never tried, never will), drinking in very moderation and "other" stuffs out there. And now fast forward to today and I still keep that same mentality and gained a lot of weight, in a good way, and after seeing my before and after pictures I definitely look much better than ever and I will try to keep it that way or make it even better than it is, it would take a lot of time and commitment to get there but it didn't stop me before and it won't now.

I don't usually workout on Sundays but I guess I didn't want to wait till tomorrow to start working XD So I kick off the week with a nice leg workout, fun fact, legs are the first muscle group that I train at the start off the week. This week ended with a new personal record for me... deadlifting 100 kg (220 lb). Last (and first) time I did was only 1 rep but today as not one, not two, not three but four reps!!! It goes to show how much I worked hard since the last time to set off this new personal record. A lot of people would say that the reason why they don't workout is because they don't have a lot of time to do it... I work until night, sometimes I get out a little early, others I get out very late and I have to wake up early in the morning to go to work, but either way I still go to the gym because is the only place where I focus on myself and let all of my problems out the door. Muitas pessoas costumam dizer que a razão porque não treinam é porque não têm muito tempo para isso...
