Kieran touched him with such care that he imagined that where Kieran’s hands went, a stele passed bearing healing runes, smoothing his scars, erasing remembered pain.

Ok. Let's just talk about how beautiful our ships are...
That's it. It's been stuck on my mind
Kieran laughed softly, looking at his little baby. The boy was playing with his daddy's hand, truly delighted. For a split second, the world had stopped, and there was only Kieran, and his son, and the greatest of feelings—love, not just for another creature, but for your child, your own flesh and blood.
Mark fell asleep near Kieran, too tired after a long travail he had spent by Kieran's side, holding his hand, comforting him, whispering “You're doing great, Kier. Breathe”.
Kieran could not remember crying, and screaming, and agonizing pain—it was a blur now. But he did remember his son's first cry, remember Mark kissing him with tears in his eyes.
“Uranus”, whispered Kieran, and the boy looked up at his daddy, his blue-green eyes sparkling. “I love you, my precious moonlight, I love you so much”. And then he looked at Mark, who was snoring peacefully in his pillow, and smiled, stroking his husband's fair curls with his free hand. Mark murmured something, caught Kieran's hand and was asleep again. Kieran yawned and allowed himself some dreaming.
The stars will go out before I forget you.

“I would like us both to have freedom. To laugh, to enjoy ourselves together, to love in the ordinary way. You are free here with me, and perhaps we could take that chance, that time”
Mark looked at his brother, startled; Kieran’s expression tensed. “Why not Mark?” “Love complicates things,” said Julian.
sketched my favorite fairy bb, Kieran (in my mind he has a lot of scarring on his face? idk how accurate that is)
How so everyone already has their copies of Lord Of Shadows when I don't? Guess my deliver company has been taken by a Wild Hunt or they are just being lazy pigs. I'd bet on the first one. I want my OTP's safe and in my hands.
