Just when you think the debilitating migraine has gone away, it starts to stab you in the eye and comes back with a vengeance. Back to bed I go.

I have a migraine that has been going on all day. I am off for a week now at least and will be doing posts and stuff probably tomorrow. Sorry no drabbles today and just reblogs, but they will come back tomorrow! I promise!

Keto flu is kicking my ass today guys. The things I do to try and be healthy. 😭

Panic attack last night, tossed and turned all night, and woke up with a migraine.

Called off today because I feel like absolute trash.

I really wish I could just get some sleep, but that isn't really happening...

I'm at a loss anymore on what to do

Day fucking three of this gods awful migraine. Left work early because of it. My coordinator seems it unexcused because I didn't pull her out her admin meeting...because we're told to do so only in an emergency. I even asked the senior secretary if the email I sent was enough or should I pull her from the meeting. She said the email would be enough. Apparently it wasn't.

So now I'm having ANOTHER admin meeting about my attendance.

Thing is, I have FMLA paperwork stating I can take time off for back related problems and migraines. So she cant make it unexcused.

But whatever.

This migraine is killing me.

I haven't eaten in two days.

My head is throbbing all over.

When I talk, no matter how low of a level, it reverberates and bounces off the walls of my skull.

My eyes feel... sunburnt? Everything is so fucking bright. Not even my sunglasses are really helping.

Every fucking noise hurts.

Three fucking days.

Ive taken more Excedrin then I can count.

I'm starting to think it's nerve damage though...the pain is starting to radiate down my neck.

Idk. I'm miserable. Fucking miserable.

Someone just take me out back and put me out of this misery 🙏

I would very much like for this bitch ass migraine to vacate my head, going on 6 days of hell and every medicine and remedy I’ve tried has only kept it at a low level, this mf won’t leave me alone 😭
