2019.11.21 Walk
Got in a shortish walk this afternoon while waiting for the BF to have a medical procedure done. Was just ‘round and ‘round the parking lot, so didn’t map it.
I’ve been feeling kinda crummy all afternoon, really tired/sleepy and headachey. Was thinking I was getting a cold, but I’m not stuffed up or anything, then I wondered if it’s KETO FLU ... While I haven’t been 100% keto this week, I’ve been WAY, WAY better than I have been for months, and have had almost no sugar at all. (I thought of this when I was heading for the freezer and the leftover Halloween candy there -- like, I’d feel better with some candy! No! No, you would not! I didn’t get any.)
I never remember really getting Keto Flu before when I’ve restarted, but first time for everything, I guess. I really hope that it’s Keto Flu and not a cold or regular flu! I also hope the damn scale will jump on the bandwagon and move down soon instead of being so damn stubborn.
Going to put on a TV show and chill out a while now, try to get this headache to abate.

Fuck, man, I've made so much progress on keto these past two weeks, but I keep getting fucked palpitations and anxiety. I originally thought this was some form of mineral deficiency and took the proper electrolyte mix to compensate, but I'm still experiencing these symptoms and feel like I'm fucking dying. I've been fasting trying to get my body into ketosis... I have these headaches, dry mouth and sugar cravings. Last week I caved in to the sugar craving and bought a donut stick and something else. It was a complete waste. It tasted terrible so I threw it out. That same night I drink some vitamin water and felt a lot better. But one thing that I've noticed is the fact that I get full faster, but the weird part is I'd get hungry a few hours later.
