🫛 I picture you almost about to give birth by the time Zoro arrives for his training. That gives time for Zoro to see the bond between you too.

🫛When the child is born then Mihawk only gets tougher on Zoro

🫛LEMME EXPLAIN !! This man will fight harder with the young swordsman saying all types of shit like-

"You never know who you're fighting against and what's waiting for them at home. If they have kids and loved ones they will go for the kill to ensure you don't kill them first. They have something, someone waiting for them. So either give it your all or lay down and let them take you out first- always fight like someone is waiting."

🫛 Idk it's probably stupid but now Mihawk has people who care so he only goes harder and in turn will train Zoro the same.

🫛The training will be what makes Zoro such a good dad too don't fight me on this lol

🫛Since Zoro arrived right around the time you deliver he would totally be around the kid alot same with Perona.

🫛Perona dresses your baby up like a total doll and Mihawk will just roll his eyes but secretly loves it - how can he not? His baby girl looks so adorable in her frilly dresses and little matching socks.

🫛 Can totally see Mihawk walking around his castle at night with the baby whenever she's being fussy and he knows you need some rest.

🫛 You've totally caught him on occasion asleep with the newborn laying on a blanket by the fireplace (newborns don't move incase y'all think the baby will roll in the fire 🙄)

🫛 Is shocked to see how smiley his baby is compared to his stoic attitude "I guess she takes after you my dear." You'll raise a brow and ask if it's a problem and he'll just caress your cheek fondly, "No my love, merely an observation. If she becomes every bit like you then I'll be the happiest man alive "

"You already got to play with her this morning, doing your dumb little fashion shows." Zoro would bark out at the pink haired woman who held your baby. Chubby hands rubbing her eyes making Zoro click his teeth, "Look see- the tiny thing is tired she wants to nap with me. Now hand her over!"

🫛 Despite Perona dressing up your baby Mihawk is also very skilled on keeping your baby in tip top shape. I mean have you seen him? Impeccable style 😏

🫛 When it's time for her to try eating food for the first time Mihawk starts with a veggie. Knowing that kids have the hardest time with them so why not get it out of the way first.

🫛You, Perona, Zoro and Mihawk would literally all gather in the dining room just to watch her eat for the first time lol 😂

🫛 Mihawk will feed her the first time, if you breastfeed then he does the solids. He'll feel like it's finally his time to shine and help out even more lol

🫛 First food of choice? Green beans.

🫛The second that baby tastes the yummy veggie then her sweet demeanor has vanished and she is replaced with something more like her father.

🫛 "AHHHHH! MMMMM! AHHHHHHH!" She would scream at the top of her lungs demanding more in an instant. Hands shaking in the air and face scowling with anger.

"Hurry up fed her faster. Looks like she's gonna explode." Zoro would panic watching your baby throw her body around, legs kicking in the high chair only to stop as Mihawk fed her another spoon. "Mmmm." She would smile for a second then bam! The monster baby returns until the next bite.

🫛 You would call her your little Mean Bean after that

🫛 Demands green beans all the time as she gets older, whatever sweet side she had would disappear when she realized green beans were not served with dinner.

🫛 Mihawk would just sigh as he stares at his child who now looks way more like him than he's used to. "Darling I thought we could try something new." He'll explain and your daughter would side eye him, "Something...new? But why? Is it so wrong that I like what I like? It's still a vegetable." Mihawk would groan as he runs a hand over his face not able to deny the fact she's right.

🫛 Perona would totally have to hide if Mihawk and his mean Bean are bickering cause her laughing at his child's sass only makes things worse.

🫛Mihawk has no idea how she got so stubborn...he will deny that it's from himself

🫛 Like all the other swordsman father he will teach his child the way of the blade only for her to be bored at first.

🫛 "Why can't I wear my dress and fight?" She'll question making the man groan. Ugh all her damn questions! "It's not practical darling." And she'll just glare at him with her arms crossed. "Then I don't wanna." Mihawk will feel like exploding until you pat his shoulder. "Go find one that's easy to move in." You'll suggest.

🫛 You quickly find out he is not the disciplinarian like you'd thought he'd be lol

🫛Mihawk loves his darling but she's a spitfire for sure keeping him on his toes more than he'd like.

🫛His daughter becomes a master with a sword despite dressing like a mini Perona, she definitely changes his mind on the whole dresses and sword fighting

🫛Has a picture of his daughter around a year old scowling angrily with a literal fist full of green beans that Mihawk caught her eating

🫛 Despite there constant bickering it's all with love because you still find them cuddled up with a book in his hands reading to her by the fire. First it was picture books, then simple one sentences now as she grows he reads chapter for chapter each night. The fire lighting them both up beautifully, their expressions soft and free from their usual scowls

🫛 Mihawk would teach his daughter to cook as well but what she had in sword skills she DRASTICALLY lacked in cooking

🫛I'm not talking bland or over seasoned ...no no- I'm talking full on kitchen fires and black bread out the oven. Kitchen engulfed in clouds of smoke as Mihawk sighs putting out fire after fire

🫛Its fine shes to pretty to cook anyways Mihawk would say as an excuse- any man should be happy serving her every need he'll think but deep down he hopes she doesn't starve lol

🫛 When she becomes 16 there bickering matches only worsen fighting tooth and nail for her to join him on his cross guild meetings - which as always he'll cave and allow her to accompany him

🫛 Once she's there Mihawk has to literally PEEL Buggy's son away from his darling lil mean bean - honestly he knew his sweet heart was stunning and expected this but what he never expected was for his daughter to like the little blue haired weirdo right back

🫛 Will have to pull them both apart whenever they're around no doubt

🫛 Once she's an adult the worse words he's ever heard leave her mouth, he thinks he dies for a minute after but you tell him he's just being dramatic

"You can't tell me what to do anymore." And just like that his little mean bean would storm out, leaving him to go join those circus pirates

🫛 You have to console him for a long time, back rubs, cold rags on his forever because he swears he's dying of a fever and as much as you wanna tell him to grow up you know his heart is broken.

🫛 When your daughter returns a year later after sailing the sea with her loser clown boyfriend (Mihawk's description) he has to swallow the flood of insults that threaten to spill as he prepares the clown and the rest of his family dinner.

🫛 You have to pull Mihawk aside and tell him to give Buggy's son a chance because he's really trying to get accepted and honestly he's not nearly as annoying as Buggy himself so he should be happy

🫛 After almost 2 months with the clown boy Mihawk warms up drastically, a whole 180 it surprises both you and your daughter- little did you know he threatened to chop his damn nose off if he ever broke his daughter's heart

🫛 Soon Mihawk has to accept the clown asking for his mean bean's hand in marriage and you and your daughter couldn't be happier-surprisingly Mihawk was as well... that was until Buggy came to visit to help with wedding planning

"This wedding is gonna be so flashy we'll make the whole ocean jealous of our kids."

"Kill me now." Mihawk would groan.

🫛In the end even as he walks his darling down the isle she'll always remain that same stubborn little girl who slammed her chubby fists down demanding more green beans.

"I'll always love you daddy."

"And I'll always love you more mean bean."

I think this is probably the last one for tonight. Or...this morning. It's five A.M. and it would likely be logical for me to go sleep now.

Soooo I got two Fluffy Alphabet requests for Sassy McSwordsman back to back with quite a few intersecting letters, so I just combined them both into one post.

This post, even.

Anyway...Mihawk.

A is for Affirmation (How affirming are they of you and their love for you?)

“Yes, I called you 'darling.' What of it? Shall I call you pest instead?”

Has developed a tendency to address you by pet names without being sarcastic about it, and doesn’t even really seem to notice he’s doing it unless you point it out—in which case he’ll fix you with a wry look and probably an equally wry comment.

The L word really doesn’t come out of Mihawk’s mouth very often. It’s not something  he’s ever said very much to anyone, he doesn’t wear his heart on his sleeve. If you say it then he’ll respond accordingly, but otherwise he don’t say it much.

Actions speak far louder than words in his case. He has made it clear that he absolutely will not tolerate anyone or anything threatening or insulting you, that he places your safety and contentment on a pedestal and will do whatever he has to in order to ensure you have both.

When he does say it, you know he means it. He makes sure to look into your eyes, to say it with absolute conviction.

Always says it before you part ways, regardless of how long, or before you fall asleep. Given the dangerous and violent nature of his life in general, he knows full well that any time you part could be the last time. He wants to make sure that if that should come to pass, that “I love you” should be the final words exchanged between you.

C is for Courtship (How would they court you?)

“I wouldn’t venture to waste my time speaking with anyone but the most stunning woman here, my lady.”

Courtship is a game of cat and mouse to Mihawk—once he knows you’re interested, he thoroughly enjoys teasing you with his own intentions, and he’s both patient and confident enough to keep the game going until you’re ready to lose your everloving mind.

He’s fairly subtle about it, but not so subtle as to leave you wondering about whether he’s interested. He’ll make it clear enough that he wants you to himself, but he wants to make sure to leave you wanting, to build the anticipation to a breaking point.

Intense eye contact when you’re speaking, peppered with quick glances up and down your body.

Keeping his voice low and intimate when he speaks to you, maybe as an excuse to lean in a little closer…or a lot closer.

His hand curling beneath your chin to draw you in, close enough to almost meet your lips before drawing back and assuming a more formal tone again—eyes glued to yours the entire time, drawing a great deal of entertainment from your reaction.

Greeting you or parting ways with you by bending down slightly to lift your hand and brush his lips to it.

F is for Family/Family (What happens when they’re around other people you care about?)

“Yes, darling, I’ll behave—so long as they do.”

He’s willing to grin and bear family affairs and friends for your sake, though he very much prefers it being just the two of you.

Perfectly capable of being polite and cordial, though there’s going to be the occasional dry comment here or there simply because sass is his default setting.

But if it’s uncomfortable for you to be around anyone, or if you have any family members or fair-weather friends that happen to be vindictive and/or judgmental, then it might be best to leave him out of it—he absolutely will not put up with anyone insulting you.

You’re his treasure, after all—and he’s one of the strongest men in the world, which makes you, as far as he’s concerned, among the most valuable treasures in the world. No one gets away with doing or saying anything  to demean you in front of him.

He has more than enough self-control to not get violent for your sake, but he doesn’t need Yoru to tear someone a new asshole if they do or say anything that he deems offensive. He’s just as quick with words as he is with a blade, and the offending party is going to come out of the exchange with a  mortally wounded sense of pride.

I is for I Love You (Who says it first, how long does it take, how does it happen?)

“What do you mean, ‘do I mean it?’ Why would I have said it if I didn’t?”

Him. Absolutely him.

Solitary as he is, it’s a bit awkward for him to say in the first place. He wants to be sure you know, but he doesn’t want to make a huge deal of it. It’s just a simple truth that has to be stated at some point, and he has to be sure he’s the one who says it first.

It might take a while. He won’t say it until he’s absolutely sure of it, but his inclination to be in total control of any and every situation he finds himself in means he’s going to take that initiative himself.

If he so much as senses you intend to say it first, he’s going to cut you off every single time.

It’s also going to come completely out of the blue. Not in the middle of some extravagant gesture, but just in passing; perhaps before you go to bed one night, perhaps as you happen to be leaving the room. He intends to catch you off guard with it, to see if you simply return the sentiment single thought, before it fully registers in your mind what you’ve just said—what he has just said.

The more taken aback you are by the realization, the more amused he’ll be; he was halfway aiming to shock you, and he finds it quite endearing.

K is for Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you/be kissed?)

“…And to whom, little one, do those lips belong?”

Firm and unyielding, deep and intense, grasping you by your arms or your wrists to limit your own movement and claim full control. He wants to steal your breath away every time your lips touch, and damned if he isn’t an expert at it.

He loves to press his lips just below the corner of your jaw to feel your pulse quicken while his hands drift over you.

He’s going to leave bruises, marks across your neck and shoulders that claim you as his, so that no one might dare question who you belong to.

Mihawk would never admit to having any weakness, but if he had to admit to just one, it would be when you brush your lips just next to his ear in between intimate murmurs and whispers—it drives him absolutely feral for you.

N is for Needs (What do they need in a healthy relationship?)

“Come now, dear—do you think I would be here with you if I didn’t honestly want to be?”

Not an awful lot, honestly. As high maintenance as he comes across (and he his high maintenance in nearly every other aspect of his life), he really doesn’t require much from a romantic relationship. Just the basics, really: trust, honesty, and loyalty. The three go hand-in-hand, and he would never have even entertained the idea of a relationship with you if he didn’t trust you, so he isn’t terribly concerned.

His confidence borders on arrogance at the best of times, so reassurance isn’t any issue. He can’t see any reason that you would lie about your feelings, nor does he have any reason to lie about his own. He’s brutally honest to a fault, so there really isn’t any reason for you to mistrust him, either.

While he would prefer for his lover to be just as low-maintenance, he won’t fault you if you aren’t. He has no issue offering you reassurance if you require it—though he may taunt you a bit about needing it in the first place.

Quality time would likely be his primary love language; he can stand some time apart, but he very much prefers having you near. Knowing you’re safe in his arms gives him peace of mind.

O is for Others (How do they react when you’re around other people?)

“Of course I trust you, my little bird—it’s everyone else that presents an issue.”

It strongly depends on the people in question. If he knows that you’re in a social situation you find uncomfortable, he won’t leave your side for any reason, and will use his presence alone to intimidate the opposing party until they leave you be.

If you’re among friends, he’ll take on more of a silent observer role. He’s more than capable of being amicable if directly addressed, but otherwise he’s likely to remain off to the side, quietly watching and listening, taking it as an opportunity to learn more about you.

In a crowd of strangers, particularly if he notices any other men eyeing you, he’ll keep an arm curled protectively around your waist. He isn’t much for public displays of affection, but he wants it to be known that you’re his, and that anyone who thinks they can change that will have to answer to him.

He does his best not to come off as imposing or controlling toward you—but while he trusts you implicitly, he doesn’t extend that courtesy to many other people.

Katakuri, Killer, Mihawk, Luffy headcanon- Fluff headcanons

Katakuri

•Okay so just loves when you hold his hand, like you can only hold one of his fingers but he finds that so adorable. And when you jump up to try to grab his hand, he just bends down and scoops you up in his arms

•Omg I had this vision, bare with me; So it’s the first night katakuri’s sleeping without covering his mouth. He’s still awake and you’re sleeping on his chest then he feels you move around and you reach your hand up and it cups his cheek. He gets super scared and is about to move your hand but then you scoot up a little and place the tiniest lightest softest kiss on his mouth and he MELTS. Now it’s a normal thing you do while you’re cuddling and everytime he just turns red and is ready to propose right then and there

•When he comes home late after a bad day and you’re still waiting up for him so you can go to sleep together, he scolds you but he feels so bad about scolding you because he does the same thing for you and he feels so happy and in love.

•He buys you little gifts like jewelry and/or plushies but they all have something to do with sweets esp. donuts because he hopes they’ll remind you of him while he’s gone. One time he came home after being away for awhile and you were cuddling with this giant donut plush he had found and he just sat on the floor next to you admiring you and blushing briiiiight red.

•He loves when you trace his muscles- when your sitting on his lap and you trace his chest under his vest he MEEEELTS. And when you do it while he’s working and you think he’s not watching, he totally is but he looks away as soon as you look up at him. He just watched you with the softest dorkiest smile under his scarf.

•Kinda had a fangirl moment here sorry

Killer

•Farther into the relationship when you’re really close, he likes to take baths because you always wash his hair and it’s just so soothing and makes him feel so happy and loved. In the bath he either has you sit between his legs and he hugs you to his chest or he lays his head on your chest *squeals*

•Sometimes you trace the scars on his arm, and at first he was really insecure and thought you were judging him, but you explained that you like them and it’s fun to trace them. It makes him feel so much better when your eyes light up when he lets you trace them

•He’s always ready to cuddle or hold you in any way. You’ll come prancing down the hall and he’ll just open his arms because he knows exactly what you want. He likes when you play with his goatee

•He stays with you the whole time you’re in a town, or generally just around other people. He holds your hand or keeps and arm around your shoulder, or he also likes when you hold onto his arm. He’ll also carry you on his back or shoulders. Omg and just imagine you get tired while exploring a new village with the crew and Killer picks you up so that you wrap your legs around his torso and he keeps a hand under your butt holding you up while he holds you closer with his other arm ;-; I just can’t with this beautiful man

•Bakes with you 100% you bake cookies and cakes and pies together that the Kid pirates devour in like 15 minutes. You start messing with him and end up getting ingredients everywhere. Once Killer let a chuckle slip and he could’ve sworn you had a nosebleed and your eyes turned to hearts.

Mihawk

•So everytime you go with him on his boat, he keeps you on his lap and he just feel so powerful like that. Sometimes you’ll sit by his feet or lay there looking like a goddess and he feel manlyyyyy. World’s greatest swordsman x1000

• He’ll buy you flowers and gifts everytime he leaves the island. He’s really good at picking out jewelry for you and he totally buys you matching jewelery. Everytime he comes home he brings a bouquet of flowers for you, imagine you hear him walk through the door and you run down the hallway where he’s waiting for you at the end then you jo into his arms and he catches you with one arm and kisses your forehead then puts you down and hands you the bouquet ;-;

•Some late nights he’ll take you and sit by the fireplace with you in his lap, or you’ll lay with each other by a window where the moonlight shines in. He also likes taking you on late night walks where you just hold hands and talk about your day, or he’ll tell you stories of his adventures.

•He likes to cook with you. I mean he likes cooking for you too, but he has so much fun when the two of you cook together. Your more energetic personality makes him laugh and it brings out a more visibly happy side of him, but he ONLY shows that around you. Imagine baking with him and you smudge flour on his face and he gives you his death glare but then he breaks into a laugh and smears flour back on you end you both end up with flour all over your clothes and the floor but Mihawks grinning so wide and it’s gorgeous

Luffy

•Literally clings to you. Like a monkey. His cuddles are more clinging than cuddling. He’ll wrap his arms and legs around you multiple times and you’ll have to walk everywhere with him hanging onto you. Even when you just sitting you’ll have to be looking over Luffy’s shoulder or you won’t be able to see anything. Squishes his cheek against your cheek ;-; LOVES when you tackle him in hugs and kisses, and when you run up and latch onto him before he can get to you first. Having you be the first to cling onto him makes him so happy and yes he does blush with heart eyes

•He likes to take baths with you. Splash fight always happen and you makes bubble beards on each other. In a more calm mood he’ll hug you to his chest and rest his chin on top of your head, or he’ll nuzzle his head into the crook of your neck

•Kisses, anytime, anywhere. He’ll run onto the deck where you’re hanging out with like Nami and Chopper and Luffy just skips over and plants a huge smooch on your lips then runs away grinning. He’ll call you over to him “Y/N I WANNA KISS” and he doesn’t care who’s there. Nose kisses

•He’ll tell you all of his secrets, like sometimes you’ll be out on the deck of the ship at night and it’s just the two of you clinging to each other, he’ll start telling you stories of his childhood. Hell talk about his dreams and how when he becomes pirate king you’re gonna be the pirate queen

Falling asleep on Luffy, Mihawk, Shanks, and Ace...

Monkey D. Luffy

for some reason, the first thought that they came to mind is that he will never move

like you know those moments where your cat or dog (mainly cats) all of a sudden lays down on your lap and you have to do everything in your power not to move because if you do, they’ll never do it again?

same thing

hell, the ship could be attacked at that very moment but he will not move whatsoever

your sleep is precious to him, much like meat is precious to him

on the other hand, if you fall asleep on him, he’ll most likely fall asleep on you too

it is what it is lol

but the sight is incredibly endearing to the crew

just imagine it, he’s leaning against the fore mast just watching the sunset when all of a sudden you come to him with small talk. You’re sitting beside him when he abruptly decides that he’d rather have you in his arms rather than just beside him. And with his gummy arms around your waist and your figure right between his legs, you find yourself slowly drifting off to sleep.

the same could be said for him, however. He’ll find himself being lulled to sleep by the sweet scent of your hair and neck, and before he knows it, he’s face is buried in your neck and he’s fast asleep

Dracule Mihawk

falling asleep on Mihawk means that you’ve known each other for a long time, most likely meeting due to Shanks introducing you to each other

it’ll most likely occur in the very dead of the night, just a few hours before the sun is due to rise above the horizon. You’ll be sitting next to each other inside the confines of his own personal library, the fire place is lit and the atmosphere was just right

he’ll be reading one of his books while sipping on some of his favorite wines while you’re sitting on the other end of the couch looking bored to hell

a funny thing is, he’s not actually reading

he’s watching you from the corner of his eyes, his lips pursed into a small smirk as he watches you struggle against the holds of slumber. And being the teasing man that he is, he’ll start humming a small tuneless song all while he sees you struggle even more in your fight.

in the end, once your tiredness had taken main control of your body, he’ll raise his arm and watch as you crawl your way into his side.

snuggling into the cotton of his shirt, you’ll whine until he wraps his arm around you and when he finally does, there’ll be a satisfied smirk on his lips

Shanks

now while I want to stay true to my word and talk about you falling asleep on him, let’s be honest

he’ll be the one falling asleep on you

this is likely to happens once he’s drunk off his own ass. His cheeks will be all flushed and beads of sweat will be sliding down his neck. The heat radiating off him will be so great that even the back of your thighs will be sweating tremendously despite there being a cool breeze.

other times, he’ll force you to sit beside him so that he could have a quick snooze

it’s safe to admit that you’ve become used to his snoring

however, there are times where you’re the one to slumber off. Mainly because the two of you are finally lone and far away from the loudly bunch that was the crew

it’ll be sometime in the middle of the night and you’ve had just a few drinks in you. You’re not tipsy nor drunk, but there is a slight buzz in ya. 

and due to the privacy you’ve gained due to the two of you being his in his quarter’s, you’re feeling more affectionate than usual. 

he’s looking at some maps in bed next to a candlelight when all of a sudden you grab the piece of parchment and put it on the nightstand. Muttering the words, “Time to sleep Shanks” as you push him down onto the bed, his head landing with a soft thud onto the fluffy pillow.

he’ll laugh as you pepper the sides of his face with small wet kisses before pulling you down so that your head laid before his chest and watch as you slowly go to sleep

a smile on his lips as he whispers quiet sweet things into your ears with the hope that you’d dream about him

Portgas D. Ace

really? like I’m sorry as much as I’d like to write about you falling asleep on this handsome fellow, that is like literally impossible

he’s the one with narcolepsy

the man legit falls asleep at anytime, anyplace

nonetheless, I shall try to picture a moment in where you are the first to succumb to the grasp of your own dreams

it has to be at night, when his mind is ever running on a treadmill of thoughts and memories. His blood is pumping as he recalls moments of life and death, of childhood memories, of the rumors of his father

it’s a night when his emotions are running higher and there’s a knot in his chest. He’s in his room all alone with only the moonlight coming through his small window as his source of illumination.

you would’ve noticed earlier that day the uncharacteristic fold of his brow, the glint of anxiety in those onyx eyes of his. But finally, when there was no-one in the hallway that led to his room, that you would knock upon his door, spooking him in the process. He’d let you in with only a simple question in his eyes, but he knew you knew and so he can’t help but let you wrap your fingers around his wrist as you pull him over to his bed. 

you laid down on it first before he came over to the side and allowed himself to become the small spoon. Your arms coming to gather around his frame, pulling him closer to your figure. His face buried into your abdomen and his hands up to his own chest.

Mihawk with his s/o feeling lonely headcanons

Anon: Since you want to write Mihawk (and I want to read him so bad) how about headcanons on how would he find out his s/o feels too lonely during his long journeys, and how would he reassure them that he'll always come back to them?

Thank you for your request and I'm so glad I finally got to write something for this lovely hot swordsman! He need way more love than he already gets!

He first notices that something is wrong when you seem to be a little reserved about his return but brushing it off as you being tired or just in a bad mood. However, when this behavior keeps going on over a couple of days he will ask you what’s wrong. Hearing you say that you feel lonely whenever he is away kind of breaks his heart.

He knows that you probably weren’t too content with him being away all the time but he didn’t think that it is such a big problem to you. He has always been under the impression that you were okay with it and that’s something he really appreciates about you.

This doesn’t mean he wants to break up with you – rather the opposite. He insists on talking with you to find a solution. He will listen to everything you have to say; your concerns of him not coming back to you, him finding someone else, him just losing interest in general, the list goes on and on. And with every valid point you bring up he feels a little more guilty.

“I didn’t know you felt that way. I’m really sorry, Y/n.” and he means it. He would love to spend more time with you, just here in the castle and live a happy life but he also knows that, in the long run, he wants to set put to the sea again. He wasn’t made to spend his entire life in one place.

Mihawk will tell you how much you mean to him and that he was always thinking about you on his long journeys. He tells you that he was longing for the moment to hear, to kiss, and to feel you again in the most romantic way, maybe kissing your hand with every word he says.

He is not a man to show much emotions but when he tells you that he loves you, you can believe him. He cares about your well-being and wants to work things out until you feel reassured.

He will state that he wants to try and keep his trips shorter but he can’t promise. After all, he is (at that point) still a Warlord and has some obligations. Not, that he cares in the first place but the title gives him some privileges, one being that the government leaves the two of you alone.

He tries to cheer you up, maybe with a nice dinner, some wine and a long massage, but he wants you to understand that he is a pirate after all and he just wouldn’t feel the same if you wanted him to ‘stop’ being one. He will tell you that this is simply “not possible”. But when you are his s/o you know what you’ve gotten yourself into when you started dating him and when he tunes the long trips down and spends at least a little more time with you things will eventually work out (unless you’re fed up with this, then leave).

Hey! :D Sorry for taking so long! And I’m sorry, but I don’t quite understand what Daddy Kink is; I have only a vague idea so I’m kind of relucant to do it. However, I hope you like and enjoy what I did instead. (I originally did parts of this in scenario form. If you want, feel free to request it and I’ll post them.)

Warning: Some parts are sadder than the rest.

Dracule Mihawk:

You arrive on Kuraigana Island, but find out Dracule Mihawk’s not there. Instead, you run into Perona and wind up in a similar situation of living in the castle while he’s away and become friends.

He eventually returns. You try to tell him why you came, but he brushes you off, treating you as he does Perona.

It takes several more attempts before you give up, chosing to suffer in silence.

You become accustomed to life in the castle with Perona and Mihawk, though there’s never a moment where you wish you could tell him.

Then one night, you break down crying which leads to Perona asking what’s wrong.

You slowly tell her who you are to Mihawk as well as explain how you couldn’t bring yourself to reveal it to him.

Perona then drags you to his room and commences to bang on his door. (Her way of encouraging you to tell him).

It takes a good while of her hitting the door and you standing nervously to the side before Mihawk opens it.

You jump when he asks in annoyance what Perona wants. She’s quick to say that you have something to tell him and leaves before you have a chance to deny it.

Mihawk asks you what is so important that couldn’t wait until morning.

“Did… Did you know I became I pirate so I could look for my father?”

He raises an eyebrow and answers he did not and further questions you if you came here to avenge him. You’re swift to tell him that’s not the case and admit you ran into him a while back. With great hesitance, you tell Mihwak his name.

The silence that follows is nigh unbearable with him giving nothing away. To you, he seemed indifferent about this newfound information which doesn’t help your nerves at all.

He breaks the silence by saying he knew and how you were too much like your mother to be otherwise.

You release a breath you didn’t realize you were holding; it felt as though a weight had been lifted from your chest.

“Um, you don’t have to treat me differently. I, uh, just wanted you to know, but it looks like you already did. Through… can I say it at least once?”

Mihawk raises an eyebrow in curiousity, wondering what it could be.

“I’m glad to have met you, Dad.”

Rob Lucci:

After endless years of begging, your mother finally relents the infomation you so desperately sought from her only because she is on her deathbed and knows very well he’s the only person you have left.

When she passes away, you’re all alone in the world. With your mother’s last words in mind, you set out to find your father.

The days quickly bleed into weeks, the weeks into months, and before you know it, they turn into years. By then, you journey finally takes you to a city called Water 7.

You ask around and learn of a man whose name and description which almost matched the one your mother had given you. However, you didn’t recall your mother mentioning he was a shipwright.

Despite that, you go to Galley-La and take a look around. You spy him at a distance and begin to wonder if you have the right man as you watch him. Your mother had told you he was a dangerous man and had a dangerous job to go along with it. So how could this man be the one you were looking for after all these years?

Rob Lucci catches you staring at him and it’s only then you break your gaze from him and leave in disappointment. However, you’re unaware how his eyes momentary glint with suspicion.

You later find yourself in a tavern called Blueno’s Bar and quickly find a table for yourself. Even though you buy your favorite drink, you couldn’t bring yourself to take a sip and rest your head in your arms. That had been the first lead you had in months and for it to be a dead end, well, lets just say you start to wonder if you were ever going to find your father.

As these thoughts linger in your head, you hear someone pull up a chair and seat themselves across from you. You look up to see the other Rob Lucci from earlier. The companion on his shoulder brought the memory of your mother mentioning how your father had a pigeon that hardly left his side. However, the man in front of you didn’t have the same vibe your mother had described to you. You try to write it off as a coincidence that not only did this man have the same name as your father, but also had the same type of pet too.

Though you start to second-guess yourself as he stares into you with cold eyes. Unnerved, you can barely ask him if he needed something, your own voice barely above a whisper.

Not to your surprise, the pigeon responds (you had seen Lucci use ventriloquism before you had left) and in turns demands why you were at Galley-La.

Giving only the name your mother gave you (you weren’t quite ready to give your surname away), and tell them you were looking for something.

Lucci raises an eyebrow and has the pigeon (you think someone called him Hattori) ask you what it was. You swallow quickly and only say you were searching for someone.

The man’s gaze hardens into a glare and leans forward in his chair to harshly whisper, “Do I look like a fool to you, girl? Did you not think I wouldn’t pay any attention to you spying on me today? Now who are you and what do you want with me?”

Soon pieces of the puzzle begin to fit in place as you remember some other things your mother had told you.

You take a deep breath and all but blurt out, “You had a wife once, didn’t you? But she had to leave and hide somewhere, right? ‘cause it wasn’t safe for her to be with you?”

Lucci stares at you for several seconds and questions how you know that.

You respond by telling him that he didn’t know she was with child when she left.

Several moments of silence pass before you slowly stand up and sofly say, “I know you’re on a job right now, but you don’t have to worry about me interfering. I’ll leave the city as soon as I can. I just wanted to meet you, that’s all. If this is the last time we meet… please let me say this this one time.”

You take a deep breath and speak the words you had started to doubt you’d ever say aloud. “It was nice meeting you, Dad.”

“Red-Haired” Shanks:

You leave home a week or so after the funeral, beginning a journey that lasts a good year or two.

When you finally find him, you try to tell him who you are, but he brushes you off before you have the chance.

You try again only to be brushed off and invited to join his crew.

Seeing as you have nowhere else to go, you accept. In the back of your mind, you wonder if you’re ever going to tell him.

As the years roll by, your attempts of revealing the truth to him becomes less and less. Not entirely because of him though. Eventually, all efforts to tell him are non-existent. You instead vow to tell him when you get strong enough so he could be proud to call you his daughter.

This mindset lasted a good couple of years later until the day came when you bit off more than you could chew.

Were it not for him and the rest of the Red Hair Pirates, your days would’ve come to an end.

After the long battle, you finally give in and go to tell him.

Shanks’ not angry or upset about the fight, which he assumed you were coming to him about.

You take a deep breath and explain why you became a pirate: to look for your father and tell him that’s who he is to her.

Shanks is shocked to say the least. You take his surprise the wrong way and try to leave, only to be stopped by a hug.

He tells you he was devastated when he heard his wife had died, but had no idea he had a part of her this whole time. He questions you why you didn’t tell him sooner and you answer how things kept coming up, but also that it doesn’t excuse it.

Shanks then asks you if you could give him a chance to be a loving father. To which you respond with a smile, “Sure, Dad.”

Later, he enthusiastically introduces you to the crew as his daughter and throws a big party.

Sprawled out across a couch with your head on Mihawk's lap while he's flipping through a newspaper, his other hand petting your hair, just sort of absently agreeing with you and offering to cut the offending party(s) in half if it would make you feel better.

Legs stretched out across Croc's lap, casually going over creative ideas for revenge and retribution that you'll never actually go through with...but he might actually go through with, because you are his precious little jewel and anyone that dares dull your shine absolutely deserves to suffer.

And Buggy's left you his head to snuggle amd nuzzle like a teddy bear while the rest of him is off grabbing comfort food and blankets, so he can still actively engage in the spilling of the tea since he's basically a teenage girl when it comes to gossip.
