What I'm hearing from all of these interviews - they wrote the story they needed as kids. Kids who were shoved into gender roles and whatnot at young ages. It's VALID that sometimes you have to let go of a relationship, a trauma bond, find yourself first.

It's NOT FUCKING VALID WHEN YOU ARE WRITING THAT STORY WITH A GAY MAIN CHARACTER IN THE 80'S.

Their bond isn't a trauma bond. It's inherently rooted in the best memory the both of them SHARE. It had such fucking POTENTIAL YOU COWARDS.

They did will such a fucking huge disservice. They looked at that kid, their main character, and went no - he doesn't need a romance. They made him WANT one. They looked at the message they wanted to send with a gay character in the 80's who has been through FUCKING LITERAL HELL, who has been traumatised and bullied and ostracised and sa'd and killed-

They made him WANT a romance. It will be heinously unforgivable if this is where they choose to say will's arc is wrapped up.

I just- EVEN FUCKING MR CLARKE GOT A GIRL. IT WAS ON SCREEN. YOU'RE TELLING ME, YOUR GAY MAIN CHARACTER OF FIVE SEASONS WHO HAD EXPLICITLY WANTED LONGED BROKE HIMSELF APART FOR THE LOVE HE'S HAD FOR THAT LONG he- he just fucking moved on? He was FLIRTING with mike not one episode ago he was given a list of signals that THEY DO.

And all that was for what?

All of it was on purpose. I'm sure of it. It'd be impossible for it not to be.

Honestly I can't decide if the worst part of this BULLCRAP is that I'm still unwaveringly sure they're endgame. With the horrible writing and the fuckass plot and everything.

I'm just increasingly certain we're just getting a vague implied scene during the epilogue. Maybe a confession if we're lucky and they're half decent during the finale.

I feel so stupid for hoping against hope that this could be something more than a rushed finale in the actual text of the show. Not in places you have to search for to see, but out in the open.

Not fucking pandering to the audience for the final season my foot, Duffers. You fucked up the second you betrayed your story for them the first time you did. You fucked up with the new characters. You just. Fucked up. So badly.

Even if you fix this and it's implications in another six days, today you gave them the opportunity to push us down even further, to really drive home we will never get what we deserve to on a mainstream screen. It's just not palatable. Why not say the word gay, huh? Will came out. He knows the word.

I'm just tired atp.

Why does skate canada insist on giving EB assignments? She wins one national title with little to show afterward but gets the worlds berth in 2021 after losing to GD and AS at challenge and then gets the SCI host pick months in advance while GD (who beat her at challenge and had a higher SB internationally in the short) and KR (who beat her at challenge, is likely the future of canadian ladies, and could quite possibly end up winning nats) get nothing?

Especially considering we haven’t seen anything from AP or AC lately I’m surprised skate canada didn’t save two ladies host picks as TBA (obviously MS gets the third) and waited to see how everyone looked at summer comps. They very obviously left a men’s spot TBA to see how SG + others look over the summer.
