Kiev Strut, Wild Horses, Stormscape, Brutalism — Mikhail Tereshchenko (last one has 4th universe vibes)
Morning coffee and cigarette — the name reminds me of Mikhail Tereshchenko, but can also be applied to whole Provisional Government.
Underground Trade — liberal section of 4th Russian Empire State Duma (specifically Party of Peaceful Renewal) [yes 4th universe vibes again]
Meditating on first principles — I saw Georgy Lvov meditating on documents in my mind, so him 🤣
Remnants of language — Alexander Konovalov. I envisioned him looking at the abyss in fear, which could be the metaphor of Bolshevist Russia and Russian emigrés.
Evening rendering of vector coordinates — reminded me of whole Provisional Government. Specifically Georgy Lvov trying to solve country problems.
A Warning — October Revolution with almost entire Provisional Government being arrested. Notice how A Warning's sample is in other songs as well, which might be correlated with Provisional Government's unstable state throughout its ruling.
Black Skylight — Vasily Maklakov from both real life and my 4th universe.
Warm Glow — Alexander Kerensky and Alexander Konovalov standing together under heavy snow.
Prognosticator — Alexander Bublikov, the deputy of 4th Duma, who warned about downfall of whole institution.
Outlander — ok, this one reminded me of Vladimir Lenin's arrival to Russia in April 1917. So an exception it is!

Interloper — Leon Trotsky helping Mikhail Tereshchenko to leave the prison once given the diamond (neccessary sacrifice made by Margaret Noe, Mikhail's wife)
Feast — I imagine the Provisional Government ministers eating out due to some occasion. Since the song is dreamlike, I can only imagine it's in heaven.
Invasion — October Revolution core.
Courage — Pavel Milyukov admitting his own and colleagues' mistakes? Also reminded me of Mikhail Tereshchenko's new life abroad.
