Like the golden bachelor but ya know...silver hair. A BC challenge for ELDERS ONLY!

Mildred Heart was a silver star back in her heyday and after two divorces and one spouse death, she's looking for her final chance at love. Could that be you? Apply today to find out!

To apply: - Must be an elder sim - No occults please - As little CC as possible - CC allowed for main outfit - Please give at least one outfit per category - If possible, please give two everyday outfits. - Sims will use my defaults - Any gender welcome - All packs and expansions welcome - Backstory and mention of family welcome but please only include the elder sim in the download - No romance trait - Please assign skills/careers/likes/dislikes/etc, your sims have lived full lives! If you do not, I will randomly assign them skills for future challenges.

Introducing Mimi Lyons for Mildred's Silver Bachelorette Challenge by @samssims!

Once she retired, it seemed like Mimi Lyons transformed into an entirely person. Not wanting to spend the rest of her days in an empty house, Mimi decided to actually live the rest of her life. From the nightlife of Windenburg to the jungles of Selvadorada, she's made it her mission to leave her mark on the world - unfortunately, to the disappointment of her daughter. Melinda wants her mom to settle down and act her age. Meanwhile her granddaughter, Paisley, wants to be just like Mimi when she grows up. In fact, it was her idea to sign up her grandma for the Bachelorette Challenge in the first place!

Will Mimi's next adventure be with a travel partner or will she heading off on another solo trip?

Her traits are Adventurous, Family-Oriented, and Dance Machine and she's picked up a few skills over the course of her adventures, most notably, Selvadoradian Culture, Photography and Dancing! I hope to see her competing for Mildred's love! 💕

oh yeah! leonardo harper is applying to Mildred's Silver Bachelorette Challenge by @samssims, wish him luck 😋

leonardo harper (mean, materialistic, ambitious) is a renowned actor (level 10) of del sol's film industry and in my mind, him and mildred acted together in a couple of films too during their golden years, and who knows, maybe they even flirted a bit...?

leonardo harper has had many relationships in his life - we all recall his dramatic divorce with judi ward or when he was left at the altar by venessa jeong. for some time he settled down in an open relationship with brytani cho, but she traded him for a younger man, and here we are!

leo has five kids: yvonne, xavier, paris, queenie and katherine. and his kids were the reason he decided to quit his mean ways and become a better man.

even though leo harper is now a well-liked elder sim, he did not always had the best reputation. for a long period of his life, he seemed to be lacking direction and a purpose for his life. in fact, leo harper was once known as the baddest boy of del sol, a badge he wore with pride... but those days are gone.

look, leo is not an easy character. he can be quite the self-absorbed type, he can also have delusions of grandeur, and some tendency to inappropriate jokes (he likes potty humour, oh my...!).

but on the other hand, you won't find someone so dedicated to his family, his kids, parents and twin brother. leo harper has finally reached his maturity, he no longer dreams of adventures and casual flirts. believe it or not, this man is ready to settle at the age of seventy!

he has loads of money, he has fame, he has a twin brother that would die for him (and vice versa, trust me), he has five kids whom he loves dearly and to whom he showed dedication and commitment like never before. what this man keeps lacking in his life is a love story, a proper one, a real one, a meaningful one.

and maybe he was not ready for something real before, but now he is. and he thinks mildred may be the one. so, if you like spontaneous times, exhilarating moments and vibrant hours, leo is your man. you won't be bored by his side. not sure you’ll be sane either, hehe! joking 😉

Meet Miles Foley. Miles has had a bit of a sordid past but he is starting fresh in his elder years. He has a plan to do all of the things that his past wouldn't allow. That includes his own cozy starter in Willow Creek, a new culinary career and putting himself out there to meet single ladies on Cupid's Corner. Miles has big dreams to someday own his own gourmet restaurant in San Myshuno, and he hopes it isn't too late. Miles loves to bowl, read, travel and cook of course.

Mildred's Silver Bachelorette Challenge

Love was never in the cards for Sereia. She was doomed from the start, as the 10th and final generation of a legacy dedicated solely to their careers. As a master chef who was all work and no play, retirement had always seemed so far away....

But time comes for all sims. And now that's she's reached the silver-haired retirement stage of life, Sereia finds herself feeling empty. It was literally her whole life, and now? Who had she even been cooking all those amazing meals for?

Honestly, Sereia had always hoped for a romance. Had she not been the final generation, she would have loved children of her own. She'd settled for small dalliances here and there, and shelved her dreams of someone who could be her forever home.

Home had never meant much to her either; she'd grown up on the warm beaches of Sulani, only to settle in the cold mountains of Komorebi. Always seeming to search for something.

Now, Sereia is finally ready to take the leap. Could Mildred be the love she thought was forever unattainable? Will she shelve her culinary skills, or finally use them for play and not work? It may be too late for children, but it's never too late for the start of a new adventure.

Bagani Mangahas Elder Tomarang Aspirations: Seeker of Secrets Traits: Clumsy, Kleptomaniac, Child of the village

Bagani grew up in the streets of Tomarang. Both of his parents worked at the local factory upwards of 16 hr days and he was left with his ailing lola and his 2 younger siblings. Due to his parents work hours and his lolas health he was mostly left to his own devices and as such by the age of 10 was running for the Lantern Gang, one of the biggest gangs found in Tomarang. By 18 Bagani was a general in the gang and one of the biggest producers for their leader Family known collectively as the Tigers Eye. Bagani was exceptional at what he did so much so that the family set him up to take the fall when they realized a few things: *They were under investigation by local federal authorities *Bagani and garnered a lot of loyalty within the gang and on the streets and there had been talk of him branching out on his own.

So at 22 he was arrested but unknown to the Tigers Eye family and the Lantern Gang, was never prosecuted . Bagani was REALLY good at what he did for all those years and one of the things he did well was collect secrets and favors and he had a treasure trove at his fingertips. The federal government decided to actually use him as a consultant and eventually by the 30 He was allowed to enlist and worked his way through the ranks becoming one of the highest ranking agents. Through all this, and even as a kid, he took care of his family, Now all that's left is one sibling, his little sister and a few nieces and nephews. It was his sister that urged him to try out for the BC. Mildred reminded her so much of Bagani first love, who was actually the Head of the Tigers Eye Family daughter. Needless to say that life was never going to have been allowed to either of them and from a far her Brother watched as his love was promised to another, married had a family and watched until the day he came back from a trip to find his love had, had an accident. Leaving her husband a very RICH widow with their 2 small children and when the last child turned 18 their father died in a tragic boating accident.

Bagani is a patient man, a loyal man, he has a "criminal mind", a sense of honor and a heart deserving of the love he locked away decades ago. With him being close to retirement maybe, just maybe Mildred can be what he needs and vise versa

Fox Nolan, a globetrotter that never really settled in one place for more than a season at a time until later into his adulthood when he and his oldest friend from his travels decided to have a child. Kit. (No romance there, just co-parenting with his best friend. Unconventional yes but that has been apart of him from his own start.)

Archeology, gemology, botany & knitting are some of the passions of this old travelling soul. Never holding down a traditional job long, his life has always been his own- Doing odd jobs and selling what he makes with his own hands.

His history with love had left him content with being single through the years. ( His first love, left him with his eldest friend. Funny enough he would be cupid of sorts - Introducing Vanesha to the woman that became her wife. ) The next time he tried to find love nearly left him a messy situation. ( He had no clue that Juniper was married-- )
