PUTTING THIS IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!
I RAN A FULL MILE NONSTOP FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS!!! 14:45
In case y’all wanted to know 👊🏼
I just set a new personal best for my mile time and I fucking ran three miles at that time, I’m so proud of myself for sticking with running.
13 minute mile. Ouch! But it’s a start. This is only day 1.
It was weird, when I first started running my back hurt a lot and my knee hurt a little but they both went away as I kept going.
Running during sunset is the best
Finally got a really good workout in 💪🏾 I got my half mile time down to 5 minutes! Hopefully I can keep this up and keep decreasing my mile time, we also did some upper body today which made me notice that I need to focus on more, now I know what my workout should be tomorrow ✌🏾
taking ten days completely off from running due to work, depression, and alcohol is NOT what i would recommend you do before a runlab mile time trial. but i would ABSOLUTELY UNEQUIVOCALLY recommend you take your complimentary runlab mile time trial visor and make the resident runlab dog wear it for five minutes worth of dog selfies. ***** distance: 1.0 mile total time: 7:20 speed: 7:20/mile terrain: track
