I didn't really get as much running in this week as I set out to (since in reality I would like to get in at least 12 miles a week in) today I will most likely get in 3-3.5 miles which will bring the week up to 9.9-10.4. I suppose I could actually get myself on campus to use the gym tomorrow to get up to goal, which is a logical thing to do but I always feel really weird about going on the weekends because I have so much class work to get done. But I did strength training twice this week, and if I go to the gym Saturday morning I can get in the recommended 3 days of strength training, my goal of 12 miles, and use the rest of the day to concentrate on the paper I have to write. Okay, so I guess I'm making the decisions to go to the gym tomorrow. I'm glad we talked this out haha. On another note I usually weigh myself on Fridays... I think I'm going to skip this week. I didn't weigh myself last Friday because who wants to weigh themselves after spending a solid day eating? But I am thinking of not getting so hung up on numbers for the rest of the year. I will weigh January 11th when I am home from California, then I will weigh in bi-weekly I think.
