Taste the liquid butter as Nashville-based pop trio MILKK lubricate our ears with their delectably smooth new cut, Ride. “Let me take you for a ride, out into the night,” they coo on their shimmery pop and sensual R&B single. I’m ready, if you are. But I’m not sure the night is ready for this plush R&B pop heater, with its lush grooving, flushed simmering nocturnal backdrop. Ride follows on MILKK’s latest single All To Myself last month, their first release since debut album HEADRUSH. You can stream the track below. Both of the new tracks are left-turns from MILKK’s previous alt-styled releases. Songwriter/vocalist Pat Kiloran and the rest of the band have expanded their influences, pulling from rap trends to their love of Japanese anime and high fashion to concoct their new swooners.
