After some teasing, Green Day dropped a positive new track titled “Pollyanna.” The track follows on from “Here Comes the Shock,” which was released a few months back.
Slowly Slowly dropped a brand new song titled “Blueprint” last Tuesday. The track comes hot on the heels of their new album Race Car Blues - Chapter 2, a follow-up to 2020's Race Car Blues.
Lakes announced they will be releasing a new full-length album titled Start Again, also dropping its title track. The record is set to be released on July 30 via Big Scary Monsters.
Girlfriends released their first new track of 2021 with a collaboration with Jasiah titled “Congratulations.” The band released their debut self-titled album last year, featuring the previous single “Jessica.”
Waterparks released yet another single from their new album Greatest Hits titled “Violet!”. The album dropped last Friday, featuring their previous singles “Lowkey as Hell,” “Snow Globe,” “Numb” and more.
After some serious teasing, Angels & Airwaves dropped their brand new single “Euphoria.” It follows on from “All That's Left is Love,” which was released almost a year ago.
Super Whatevr returned with a new song titled “Dwell on the Guilt of Saving Myself.” It comes hot on the heels of their previous single “Worse,” which was released in December.
In This Moment’s Maria Brink contributed a song to the recently-announced DC comic Dark Nights: Death Metal. The track, “Meet Me in the Fire,” also features vocals from Black Veil Brides’ Andy Biersack.
Neck Deep shared another stripped back version of a track from their recent album All Distortions Are Intentional. The new version of “When You Know” follows from the previous “What Took You So Long?”.
Capstan announced the details for a new album titled Separate, which will drop on July 23 via Fearless Records. The album features their new single “Shades of Us,” as well as features with Saxl Rose, Charlene Joan and Silverstein’s Shane Told.
Mod Sun released a new music video for his song “Amnesia,” which comes off of the deluxe version of his album Internet Killed the Rockstar. The singer recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! alongside Avril Lavigne.
Set It Off released another acoustic version of their song “Lonely Dance,” following from “Killer in the Mirror” a couple weeks back. Both tracks will be featured on their upcoming EP Midnight: The Final Chapter.
TOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Hella Mega Tour confirmed that its dates across the US will be taking place this summer as scheduled. The jam-packed tour will begin in Dallas on July 24 and end in Seattle on September 6.
The lineup for this summer's Lollapalooza was announced, featuring Foo Fighters, All Time Low and Jimmy Eat World as headliners. They will be joined by Angels & Airwaves, Limp Bizkit, Grandson, The Front Bottoms, Sullivan King and others.
My Chemical Romance confirmed that they are going to stop off in Australia next year, playing three dates. They will start at the Brisbane Entettainment Centre on March 14 and end with a performance at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on March 19.
Fall Out Boy appeared on the season finale of American Idol on Sunday night. The band performed their hit track “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark” alongside the show’s final four contestants.

Blink-182’s Travis Barker announced he is selling a load of his old gear via a new Reverb shop. Among the items available are the drum kits that were used in both the music videos for “Adam's Song” and Box Car Racer's “I Feel So.”
Trash Boat’s newest song, “Silence is Golden,” is currently No. 1 over on Sirius XM Octane, according to Mediabase. The track was released a few weeks back and follows from previous single “He’s So Good.”
