Using these hydrating mists started out as a testing exercise for fun & content (I bought them) 💦💦💦 but they ended up making themselves beloved additions to my morning & evening skincare routine ☀️🌜 @cliniquecanada Moisture Surge Face Spray is a fav. Lovely hydrating formula, feels great, absorbs well. No smell. Would repurchase. But the sprayer mechanism works well with even misting distribution. This is important because 👇 @larocheposay Toleriane 8 would have been in 1st place 🥇 if not for the horrible sprayer. Literally sprays all over the place, in my hair, sideways & in large droplets. I've tried to clean the sprayer, soak in hot water/alcohol - to no avail. Otherwise the formula is gorgeous. Will not repurchase due to horrible packaging, sadly. @pixibeauty Hydrating Milky Mist has the PERFECT sprayer & a gorgeous formula, it's just not quite as hydrating as the Clinique or LRP. The packaging is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ That said I love it & would consider using it in the summer. My skin loves it & I'd repurchase. So there you go. Tried something for fun, ended up adding another step to my routine woo-hoo 🥳 #moisturizing #cliniquemoisturesurge #larocheposay #pixibeauty #milkymist #50plusandfabulous #over50style #skincarecommunity https://www.instagram.com/p/CYXZu5TFFGI/?utm_medium=tumblr

It's an open platform for video in/out which also includes a design tool that the layman (supposedly) can use.
For geeks, it's basically a portable computery-box with the jacks and processing power to coordinate:MIDI, DMX512, OSC, Video I/O, and digital (on-off) I/O -- as well as some custom open-source software to use it.
We'll assume that most people who want a dedicated portable machine with these features would buy a Netbook. Cost rundown: MIDI USB $50 DMX USB $150 Video Capture $50 Software $ ?? ------------------------------ total: $450 + whatever for software Additional features of the netbook include WIFI (+$50 for access point with the MM), a built-in display (which could be useful for debugging), and a "normal" OS (if you consider that a feature).Netbooks don't have the integrated software or an FPGA (with tons of example patches!), though they do often have GPUs.
Final analysis: Useful if you're a VJ who wants to use an open platform and free software to design shows or a hobby artist who wants to play with a souped-up Arduino that includes and FPGA, Video I/O, MIDI, and DMX512. Everyone else should probably stick with their computers.
