5.30 am breakfast - tastes like strawberry crumble -! I ve covered my porridge and strawberries with milled linseed and now it's as if I m eating a pudding! ( I love puddings you ll get to learn 😂) I also happen to love breakfast - always have - no matter the time day or night - I can eat breakfast!! Did you notice my little harvest? A couple of bean pods were ready - these beans have been disappointing after last years haul. I ll def double check what beans I m putting in next year - because these hardly grew and gave off a bean pod each?! Superfood breakfast muffins Really easy, super yummy, great to keep you full til lunch, grab and go brekki! Preheat oven to 190c. Mix the dry ingredients together: 150g SR flour, 50g oats, 50g crushed almonds, 1tsp bicarbonate, 4tbsp milled linseed, 100g brown sugar. Melt 100g butter slowly. Mix together wet ingredients: 2 bananas, 3 eggs, 1tbsp olive oil, 4tbsp low fat natural yoghurt. Add butter once cool. Mix wet and dry together. Carefully add blueberries. Fill up 12 muffin cases. Add granola and drizzle honey on top. Bake for 25 mins. Lasts 1 week. 205 calories each 22g protein. Enjoy X
