On one hand I love the popular fanon of Millenia from doctor who EU having blue hair because it's fun! it's cool! it's harmless, it's easy and it's free, drinking river water or however that post went. where were my thoughts I've got off track.

Ah yes.

But on the other hand, it's also so fucking funny because Millenia, may she rest in peace, was a member of The Most Colour Coded Society Ever. And her legal designated colour by birth or looming was red and orange - she's Prydonian. Her having blue hair creates so many questions that you could answer in really funny stupid ways. Like girlypop why are you cosplaying your hair as a Cerulean? Is there something you aren't telling us? Do you secretly want to touch a plant?
