Next fall it looks like we'll be moving & getting a house 😍😍😍 Matt will be out of the army(although he's still toying with the idea of going reserves or guard) & working on his bachelors degree, as will I! I can't wait! & it looks like from the requirements, we'll be in one place for at least 3-4 years minimum 😀 And we can get a dog! I'm so nervous & so excited to see how next fall plays out! Hopefully everything is settled by May 🙏

Sunday Surprise!

Yesterday(Wednesday) Matt told me that he had a surprise planned for tomorrow(Saturday). I was supposed to get home from work at 7am, sleep a few hours, get up & dressed, and we would be driving a few hours(which I could sleep more during that time) and we’d arrive at our destination.

but I have no idea where the destination is or who all is involved! I just know to dress casually nice.

And then he said that instead of saturday, it was moved to sunday so we don’t have to rush back saturday night at because I work that night at 11pm.

I’m so excited to find out what the surprise is!!!!!! I’m thinking it’s a pre-birthday thing since my birthday is the 23rd and all of our friends and family will be out of town.

Just two more days, ahhhh!

How do you help your spouse unwind?

Hubs was super angry when he came home! He grabbed a beer & drank it. Now he's just sleeping away on the couch. He didn't wanna talk about it, he never does. He didn't want a pre-birthday dinner, with or without friends. He didn't even let me help him get his uniform off, which he usually asks me to do as if he's a child lol So...how do you help your spouse unwind? What's some good tips or tricks?
