I just wanna talk about this picture. Like honestly. I've been stewing over this for the last several days. First glance it looks like Din got injured. Boba is mad and vows to hunt the guy down. Din doesn't want him to. Maybe it's a friend who did it? Maybe he needs the guy alive? Who knows, doesn't really matter. Seems all well and good.
But look at the actual drawing.
It's a little weird, right?
Boba's hand is like... pressing into Din's wound. The artist *specifically* made the shadows and folds of the clothing reflect that. There's pressure behind his fingers, not just the gentle touch of a worried friend.
And the 'dialogue' of Boba is different than the dialogue of Din. Din's isn't in any kind of bubble, it's just there. Boba's is surrounded in tiny lines, which is typically associated with *thoughts* not *speech*.
Obviously this is just a drawing and I'm kinda overanalyzing but still.
It is my own personal headcanon to this image that Boba is trying to kill Din for whatever reason. Alternative reality, some sort of mind control, a mission, Din is a threat, who knows?
It's a cool idea, and would make an interesting story
