ugh, i hear you. i never get flu shots for exactly that reason. i rely on the herd immunity

I never hardly ever get sick enough to see a doctor.  Some OTC meds and a couple of days of snot and I’m usually good to go.  And I feel like I’m on the mend.  But fuck me, I don’t want to be in class for 6 hours straight tomorrow.

Sorry you’re feeling crappy. I get the shot every yr w/ no probs & also had some side affects a couple days after my shot this time (tho minor compared to yours) ~ must be a super dose this year. Hope you feel better soon *hugs*

thanks, doll.  I’m on the mend, but I haven’t done anything this weekend but lay on the couch and try to breathe.  Or nap.  There’s so much stuff I had planned on doing this weekend.  

That said, I’m gonna miss having a nap tomorrow....

Ahahaha, wow. I had no idea they had such a huge following! You guys have convinced me. Once I get a few of my fic projects out of the way, I’ll start plotting this out. I already have a few ideas.

1) Why did you choose your URL? Because I love all things cute, especially Hello Kitty and turtles, but I knew I didn’t want to blog exclusively HK and I liked the play on words with turtly and it was available… so there you go.

2) What is your middle name? Victoria

3) If you could own a fairytale/fictional pet, what would it be? If Hello Kitty wasn’t a little girl I’d say her but she is so I’m going to say a Squirtle.

4) Favorite color? Rainbow, because I love them all too much to pick favorites

5) Favorite song? I’ll Follow The Sun by the Beatles has been a favorite this week and Trusty and True by Damien Rice has been making a strong shoeing as well.

Oh yay! Another genealogy nut! I’m currently working on proving our ancestry back to the Revolutionary War so I can join the Daughters of the American Revolution.

oh cool!  I've got one that I think would  qualify, but not enough of a conclusive link  yet.  Too many recycled WASPy first names in the same lineage to really prove who's who.
