"Mini-Sun/Sun Child is a new animatronic at the Superstar Daycare programmed to be an older brother figure to the kids there, a co-daycare attendant, and also the "son" of the daycare attendant, Sundrop. He tends to be very kind to the kids, though he has a bad side (he tends to succumb to an addiction to Fizzy Faz that he was cursed with, he can sometimes snap at kids who behave badly, etc.). However... when a very bad thing happens at the daycare one day, leaving Mini-Sun without a father, the kids and adults working there alike slowly realize that Mini-Sun is their only hope, though Mini-Sun doesn't realize that he is. With all the stress of being the only daycare attendant left in the daycare, his crippling Fizzy Faz addiction, and the judgement from him being friends with the older sister of one of the kids, surely they're wrong about him being their miracle... right?"

And just as I promised, I bring to you a drawing in honor of The Superstar Miracle reaching 1K reads on Wattpad! I call it: "Mini-Sun, the Daycare Phoenix".
For context in case you don't get the symbolism: in The Superstar Miracle, Mini-Sun rose from the ashes of his father (Sundrop) without him even knowing until Mini-Moon came to be... but then in the actual FNAF fandom, he rose from the ashes of what I like to think was the golden age of the DCA fandom, as a fankid of the pride and joy of modern FNAF... think about that for a second... in both his story and in the fandom he's for, he rose from the ashes of his predecessor, just like a phoenix rises from its ashes in a more powerful form!
This was also kind of me testing out different shading techniques ^^
In light of the latest announcement about Sun and Moon, I think it's a good time to reveal this...
And I've been questioning doing this for a while now, so here we go...

MINI-SUN/SUNBEAM HAS ASPERGER'S SYNDROME!
If you don't know what that is, Asperger's Syndrome (otherwise known as Highly-Functioning Autism) is a condition forming part of the autistic spectrum, characterized chiefly by repetitive patterns of behavior, preoccupation with restricted interests, and difficulties with social interaction, without intellectual impairment or significant problems with verbal communication.
These traits are evident in Mini-Sun as we the readers see that in The Superstar Miracle, he is highly sensitive, doesn't like being around people sometimes, and on top of this can be very smart. And we continue to see it in Beyond a Miracle with him as a grown up (Sunbeam) and raising kids of his own, where he's wise and means well.
This also makes sense not just because his father and uncle are canonically autistic according to Kellen Goff (their voice actor), but also because I myself most likely have Asperger's, just like Mini-Sun/Sunbeam.

Fun fact about Mini-Sun: He has two special chips in his motherboard that allow the sounds he hears to sound super detailed, so he hears every little thing unless it's super quiet that nobody else can hear it, but he gets confused when he hears voices that sound like the voices of those he knows, and if that someone he knows isn't around, then he'll follow the confusing voice! The two chips in his motherboard simulate what would be his left ear and his right ear respectively, and sometimes one of them records sounds more than the other, kinda like how headphones pick up on left and right sounds and create a really cool effect!
I present to you, the Mark of Eclipse, a special marking in the Daycare Attendant Generations AU that indicates that an animatronic is the descendant of the previous Daycare Attendant and that he/she will someday take said Daycare Attendant's place.
If you were to lift the ribbons on Sundrop, Moondrop, or Mini-Sun's arms up in this AU, you'd find this mark on their right wrist.
It is named "The Mark of Eclipse" because of both its imagery and in honor of Eclipse, who, in this AU, is Sun and Moon's "dad"/Mini-Sun's "granddad", or in other words the first Daycare Attendant before Sun and Moon.
A little thing I thought of about Mini-Sun/Sunbeam
Funny enough, he didn't just begin as his own animatronic! He began as a line of baby dolls in the image of Sun that were used at the Superstar Daycare by kids, but when Sun was upgraded into a more grown-up body, they discontinued the "Little Suns" baby dolls, and sometime after the events of Security Breach but before The Superstar Miracle (a little sneak peek for a story that'll come after Beyond a Miracle is done) the higher-ups at Fazbear Entertainment began working on a child animatronic for Sun by request of a former employee (Marie D'Amboise, who Sun had a great bond with), but based loosely off of the "Little Suns" baby dolls, almost like one of those baby dolls was aged up to be a tween!
