I stand firm in my belief that Wild is not the only one in the chain who can cook.

Like, it is not that hard to scramble some eggs or roast a fish. I’m sure the legendary heroes of Hyrule could figure it out.

Is Wild the best at cooking? Yeah. Does he like to do it, and therefore gets out on cooking duty nearly every night? Absolutely.

But I refuse to believe he’s the only in who cooks

I think summer is probably Percy Jackson’s least favorite season.

Sure, he gets to go to camp and see his friends, but nearly every single bad thing that’s happened to him has happened in the summer. Only exception is TTC which happened in December

The first time he feels compelled to take off his jacket while outside in the spring he knows that Questing Season™️ will soon be upon him. And the instantly starts keeping an eye out for gods popping up out of nowhere to send him on quests

I was thinking about Wild eating food to regain hearts, and

New headcanon: Wild stress eats. At the most inopportune times ever. The chain is fighting some really powerful monsters and most of them, including Wild, are injured. And then someone turns around to find Wild demolishing both a bokoblin and sandwich at the same time.

And like. He seems to be having no problem with doing both things at once. So the one who saw him decides to not worry about it, because they’ve got bigger problems.

You know, I don't normally think about what the Links’ last names would be, but I do love the idea that Four's last name is Smithson, or just Smith.

Because in medieval time, last names often came form professions, because they were a way to differentiate the 15 different Johns that you knew, not strictly something that passed down families. So there would be John Carpenter, and John Fletcher, etc.

So I really like the idea of people in Hyrule doing the same thing, as we never know the last names of anyone, except maybe royals.

And since Four is a smith and the grandson of a smith, Smith or Smithson as a last name would fit him

You know how, in BotW, the strongest sword isn't the Master Sword, which has an attack of 30, 60 if you're fighting certain enemies? The strongest weapon is the royal guard claymore with an attack of 72. Even if you get the dlc, and upgrade the Master Sword, it still caps out at 60.

I have a headcanon that this is because when Wild was a knight, he was made to train with the typical weapons used by the knights. We can see in memories that he uses the Master Sword against monsters and yiga, but I think there might have been some contention about using a literal holy weapon during a regular spar against a regular hylian

Happy Pride Month! Here's my updated sexuality/gender/relationship headcanons for the Chain

Time:

Bisexual with a preference for women. He knew he was in love with Malon since he was pretty young, so he didn't spend much time self reflecting about who he finds attractive. Malon was the one who finally pointed it out to him lol

Agender

He/Him, if he cared enough to think about it he might land on It/Its

Committed relationship with Malon, as we all know

Twilight:

Bisexual.

Always thought he was cis, but lately has been questioning that

He/Him, for now

Still very torn up about Midna leaving. He used to like Ilia, but then his adventure happened, and she lost her memories, and that put an end to that crush

Warriors:

Heterosexual, and in the closet/in denial about being aromantic

Cis

He/Him

In a lot of situationships. Has gotten a bit of a reputation around court, but no matter how much his Zelda urges him to settle down, for some reason he really doesn't want to

Sky:

Pansexual

Demiboy

He/Him

Is thinking about proposing to Sun soon, but that's only if she doesn't beat him to it

Still in mourning over Marin. He's involved with Ravio, but no one, including themselves, know exactly what the situation is. They do live together, so it's serious, whastever it is

In a QPR with Flora! This one is very important to me

Has very complicated feelings about Mipha. They know they loved her, but not romantically... they think. Doesn't have enough memories to truly remember

Questioning their gender

The whole situation with the Colors makes everything messy, because not only do they have to figure themself out, but the colors also each have different thoughts about things

Vio, and therefor Four, had a huge crush on Shadow, which was reciprocated, but they were never officially together

Wind:

Girls? Boys? Wind only knows: Be Pirate, Eat Hot Chip, and Tell Lie. 

Questioning his gender, though he hasn’t told anyone this (He/Him)

Bonus:

Ravio: Prefers not to use labels (He/They)

Malon: Bisexual and Cis (She/Her)

A lot of people headcanon Wild as having anxiety, and I do like that idea. But if I had to point out someone in the chain who i thought would have anxiety, based off my personal experiences with it, I would choose Warriors.

He's uptight, constantly worried about his appearance/what other people think of him, he likes structure, and doesn't handle it well when things don't go to plan/people don't listen to reason.

Meanwhile Wild is over here causing chaos and not really caring about consequences and what other people think. He's willing to mess with plans/go against orders/etc

I know anxiety manifests in different people differently, I just think it's interesting. I don't really see a lot of fics featuring Warriors dealing with anxiety.
