Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup mint chocolate chips. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies.
Instructions: Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over low heat. Take off the heat and thoroughly mix in the powdered sugar. One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. Stir this dry mixture just until combined, then gradually add it to the wet mixture. Add the chopped nuts, crushed peppermint candies, mint and semi-sweet chocolate chips, and mix them together thoroughly. Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking pan. Preheat the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moistened. Let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack inside the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy after they've cooled!
