I find it kind of funny when I refer to... really any of my EV:HH characters with gendered terms mostly just because they're all kinda genderless in my brain

now, that's not entirely to say that they like... wouldn't have a gender? they do- they aren't all Actually Genderless- I imagine each of them have a relatively solid view on their own gender in comparison to the cultural norms they grew up around. and if they were given human definitions of gender they would probably identify roughly with the terms I refer to them as (Pyyri and Jakrin would both be more masculine leaning, Chirp would I imagine click with the term non-binary or maybe more like agender, Syzygy would enjoy the feminine labels a little more but like both masculine and feminine terminology) but at the same time because they don't have access to that terminology and do not think about it in the ways humans do I also... don't think of them having a gender that much. same with sexualities/romantic orientations/etc. (including aspec labels, the different types of attraction are labels made up by humans just as much as gender is).

idk I was looking at my pyyrin tag and noticed me referring to them as "my boys" which like. I agree with they are my boys. but also they aren't my boys. if that makes sense. they're my boys in vibes but in reality they are fucking aliens. y'know. yeag

#I don't even know what the point of this is #I just think it's weird #I keep thinking about making neopronouns for all my EV:HH characters #been thinking about that for a long fucking time #but at the same time so many of them I've had for so long that it feels weird changing their pronouns?
