Every day I stare blankly at all my WIPs and try to decide which is my favorite child.

I wish someone that I wanted would love me.

Love me unconditionally. Love me even when I don’t love me. Because I would love you to the ends of the earth and back.

I’d love you for you, on all your good days and all your bad. I’d take care of you and I’d hope you would do the same for me.

And I am an asshole, I will never deny that. I am harsh. I am selfish. I will piss you off. But I will never stop trying.

I may not talk to you all the time, I mean I’m not one to smother another. But I need my space, my peace and quiet. My time to think and take a step back to collect myself.

I’m not perfect and I try not to hang on to every word because people are so reckless with their actions.

Why does all of this have to be so complicated?
