So here's my internal battle over THAT poem being Cockles. It would mean JENSEN made the first move. Jensen kissed Misha first. Jensen wanted to skinnydip with him. Jensen broke first. And this whole time I've had Misha as the one who moved first. What would that MEAN

Hey nonnie! I don't think I understand? What is the battle between? Because making a first move has little to do with dominance or extroversion if that is what you're talking about? One could feel a surge of bravery, the other could try and protect his heart. There are so many variables that could create a moment like making a first move or deciding not to make the first move. Think about past relationships, childhood, emotions, momentary circumstances etc. I'm sorry if I get it wrong because I'm trying to guess what you mean but feel like I'm failing to do so 😅 Also, the skinnydipping, we don't know who made that decision. What it would mean? I don't know nonnie 😊 That the other guy beat him to it? That Misha has insecurities? That he wasn't sure what the other guy meant? That he wasn't ready to let people in so he never made a first move? That the other guy just thought: Oh hell, I know you like me, I'm just gonna kiss the living daylight out of you? It could mean anything or nothing I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sorry for this useless answer but thank you for the ask!

Re: your post on the "new" friend thing -

It could be a matter of prospective as well. Those of us closer to cockles ages have decades of (friendship) perspective more than younger shellers who may think of friendship eons very differently.

An old friendship at 40 feels very different than an old friendship at 20, whose "new friend" period was usually in childhood.

Not that one is more valuable than the other of course! I treasure(d) my old friendships at 20. Still do. Just to help explain why some of us have no problem seeing jackles as the possible "new friend" here.

Good point nonnie! The age at which a friendship starts definitely affects the pov. And I agree. I also think that in this day and age people live more fleeting lives and we easily discard something as "old" while two decades ago, something "new" was viewed as such for a longer period of time. Thanks for this nonnie!

What are some of the reasons one would want to quickly sell a property?

Hey nonnie :) Could be anything really. If you've got another house lined up you're interested in .. if you're in a time crunch for something.. if you want to get it done because the situation you're in sucks.. if you need money/ rid of debt.. if you need to get assets divided for future endeavors.. if you want to dissolve any ties you have to one another financially.. and these reasons could also not be Misha's but Vicki's. I think they are still really fond of each other so it's probably got nothing to do with distancing.

I’m 1000% convinced that Misha did NOT know. And it didn’t bother him because he has other projects he’s working on and minding his own damn business. Jpeg is just all kinds of codependent toxicity.

I think it didn't bother him because he was just happy for Jensen and Danneel. He didn't feel entitled. No one should have felt entitled.
