Genuinely think if Cas chose to ever take a seat slightly further from Dean than he could when there was a closer option, Dean would stare at him, raise his eyebrows, mutter things under his breath, do a full silent conversation where he expresses his feelings of betrayal while staring right at Cas and Cas would tilt his head, cross his arms, uncross his arms, roll his eyes and then move with a sigh and then Dean would finally pick up where he left off on describing the circumstances of their latest hunt.

fan: what’s your favorite piece of fanart?

misha: that’s hard to say. my daughter has not watched spn. she’s 12. but she has what she calls a “dad shrine” and it’s all these little crocheted castiels and little drawings of castiel. and various other little pictures. and it’s very sweet and she has it all set up very beautifully in her bedroom. so that’s sort of my favorite collection of fanart.

there was a fan- so we do these conventions. jared, Jensen, myself and a bunch of the other cast members from spn do these conventions in the US. we do like maybe 12 a year or something like that. and at some point, like 7 years ago, someone made a very beautiful little drawing of me- or sorry, castiel and dean, kissing. and we, uh, travel around the country in the US and at every convention in the green room they set up some snacks and some drinks and some ibuprofen and some red bulls to try to keep us from falling asleep. and on a table they put the little photo of cas and dean kissing too, every time. so that one is the piece of fanart that has haunted me the most.
