These replies went into my saved drafts folder to be forgotten forever, but here they are, though very late. It's a huge wall of text, I warn you. :P

I’m sure there was already vomit on those shoes, considering Ripp’s past habits.
That's a good point. There's no way those shoes are actually clean. This will just be another layer of filth on there. Haha! Maybe Ophelia will finally convince him to throw them in the wash, with them trying to keep things clean for the baby.

I rarely knock down walls or alter anything in build mode for Maxis houses. I really just re-paint walls, change floors and redo the furniture. It’s only recently that I have done any floor plan edits.
That sounds a lot like my own build mode activities.
einhornglitzenkampf replied to your post:I mostly redecorate, maybe remodel if there's some very silly bits (for instance, the Curious observatory, or the top floor of the Pleasant house)
I recently redid the Curious house and turned the observatory into a neat tower with a lift, so there was enough room for Pascal and Vidcund’s kids as well.
Sounds interesting!

I tend to leave the structure alone because I imagine they need planning permission to remodel, but I enjoy redecorating.
I tend to think that most people don't knock down walls in their house that often, unless they're serious renovators, so it can work for some sims better than others, I think. Story is part of the reason I don't make huge changes, usually.

I play most lots as they are too - mostly because I’m too lazy to remodel :P
Laziness is definitely a factor for me, too.

Haha! Yes, that's EXACTLY what I meant. Not really, but funny anyway.

Salutations don’t count for first kiss or appear in memories. She’s unattached, they have two bolts - if you’d had Tank say good-by, it would have ended the same way.
I never knew that. I feel like I've definitely seen that count as a first kiss before, but I guess not.

Have you checked at Feenwald/Fairy Forest. They have a lot of nursery type clutter
Thank you! :)

Oh that little picture easel with the three on it is adorable as heck! Also the little single of Johnny alone! Where did you get all those?
Thanks! :) I made those. I'll probably share them later, when I round up some odds and ends to share.

I like it. I’ve heard of families creating a new surname for various reasons upon marriage. Perhaps Don agreed to it to show Cass he’s a change man? (tho is he really changed???)
I could see Cassandra going for something nontraditional like that. She seems the type to me. Don, not so much, but I still think it's a fun name. More realistically, I think they'd be one of those couples where the woman hyphenates, but the man keeps his name as-is. I guess it depends on whether Cassandra has already published any scientific papers in her name. Maybe they'd both keep their names.

Thank you. :) I meant to refer to the mood and content when I said that, yeah. I hope it didn't come off more as me being self-deprecating.

How did he get the scar? Story wise. If you have a story wise answer that is
It was from the fight with Johnny when they were teens. The one that's prompted at the start of the game (through Johnny's wants) on the Smith lot.

The 1st season is the weakest but from about always through season 2 it starts to find it's way. And by season 4 it's awesome. To be fair TNG's 1st two seasons were pretty weak too.
Oh, totally (in agreement about TNG's early seasons). I have nostalgia bias about TNG in general because I watched it a lot on TV growing up (not so much with the other series). But yeah, TNG does have a good collection of some seriously shit episodes and a lot of them are in the first 1-2 seasons (hi there Riker clip show). But I can forgive it because of Captain Picard. Also Worf and Data. And Lwaxana Troi. And Guinan. And basically I just enjoy (most of) the characters in TNG a lot more and all the characters in Voyager fell completely flat for me. Also we'd just finished watching Deep Space Nine which we enjoyed tremendously despite its disappointing final episode. But perhaps we do need to give Voyager another chance. It's... just so hard to get past the first season. ;_;
Edit: If someone could tell me Neelix dies a horrible death in the second season, I'd go for it right now.

I quite like putting Ripp in that shirt, I think he’d wear it to piss off the General and Tank. They’d be furious that he was being disrespectful to the military.
Yeah, I can see that. I've seen people style him that way before, and I do really like that idea on one hand, but I also think that SHWC Ripp hates the military and (more importantly) everything it stands for in his family too much to ever do that.

I must be one of the few simmers who likes Veronaville best.
No, I've noticed there seems to be a definite Veronaville contingent. And a fairly dedicated Desiderata Valley one (or at least a Natasha Una/John Mole one).
And then there's that weirdo fringe group that prefers Pleasantview. Pfffft!

It seems like the best thing for Bella and Pascal - it did not seem like a good marriage once Bella got her memories back. But what about Alan? He needs his mum, especially since his dad will most likely die before he leaves for college.
Pascal still has 21 days left before old age gets him, so plenty of time for Alan to go to college and even graduate (he ages to teen in a day or two, is only a teen for 10 days and in college for 8 days, thanks to my age mods). :) But yeah, that doesn't mean he won't miss his mum!

3 Yourself in 5 traits from the game7 Your Lifetime Achievement from the game17 Your favorite food, music & color from the game
I had to Google the traits, but after reading through them all, I think these five are the ones that best fit me: absent-minded, bookworm, commitment issues, loner and computer whiz. I did think Lifetime Achievement was a TS3 thing too, but that seems to be confused with Lifetime Wish, which might as well be Lifetime Want so eff it, I'm going for Mad Scientist. And my fave food in-game would have to be Grilled Salmon, colour would be Aqua and my favourite Simlish bit of music is Mad Pursuit, by Junkie XL ft. Electrocute.
