Day 13. In the bag.
Did 120 squats before 6am to Color Me Baddd's I wanna Sex You Up... Thanks Casey! Finished the rest tonight after class and putting the baby to sleep. 50 lunges, 50 waking planks, 50 kickbacks, 50 sec bridge, and 50 crunches. Also, I'm down 5 lbs and 3 inches from April 1. Yay! Lastly, I don't want to re-write all of CZ. Yet. But I do want to write a prologue now from the first day of class. Dammit.
Day 12. Done
Tired now.
Day 4. Done before dinner.
Which was more crawfish, btw. Second night in a row. Fun fact: I remember the skater slide fitness craze. I'm pretty sure my college had some in the aerobics room at the rec. I made it work by sliding on bath mats back and forth in my bathroom tonight. Also, my thighs are sore. It could be the squats, the burpees yesterday, or the wii bowling Friday night since I really throw myself into the game.
Day 30. The dishes are done, man.
My check marks were a lot more flourished as the month wore on. It's also noteworthy that this was my first challenge of this sort that I committed to. The last hard core diet/work out plan occurred pre-wedding. You know, ten years ago. Anyhow, I don't want to sound discouraging, but I don't see any real difference in my before and after pictures, the layer of regret and neglect is just too thick on top of my newly strengthened ab muscles. That and two c-sections probably didn't help. I do, however, feel more toned and think I'm down two inches across the waist. Yay! I'm looking forward to the next one, that's for sure. My beach vacation starts May 31st and it would sure be nice to not hide under a cover up the whole time. I want to take a moment to thank all of you for your encouragement and support. It really helped and I'm so happy to know you guys. You guys are the best!
