Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think that getting any likes at all should be a good thing in and of itself, regardless of the amount. Your photos are beautiful and your sim Meghan is adorable, but "likes" aren't really an accurate barometer of worth. The community is shrinking, and people are culling follows left and right, and sometimes it's just life you know? Don't let it get you down. You're still fantastic. :)

I don’t usually let that stuff get to me, it just happens sometimes and I feel silly x3  But yeah, I do appreciate every single like I get! <3

And the fact that this post got quite a bit of attention makes me feel a bit sheepish cause I didn’t mean to draw attention, ya know, I was just like thinking out loud, BUUT I also got such nice inputs from you guys and I want to keep those in my blog as little reminders for when I don’t feel so confident about my stuff or I see someone feeling the same way. (≧▽≦)v

No idea why, but "Stop-n-Go" popped into my head as a name. This gas station looks way too classy for that name, but it's something. :P

Thank you! I’m the same way. Foxhollow’s lots were just numbered for the longest time. I’m so bad I actually had to look at a document listing all the road names of some county in Wyoming for ideas about how to name the roads :P

Make someone buy the lot and then you could set working clothes for the people working there! Sadly I have no idea for a name, perhaps something simple as Foxhollow Gas & C-Store?

Simple is good—perhaps naming it after the Sim owner rather than the town... And thanks for the tip about the uniforms! This lot is definitely one I wanted to be owned by someone anyway.

No, it wasn't you. It happened before that post, so I may have been a little bit more sensitive than I would have normally, but it wasn't you. :) I won't go away - the events that caused it didn't drive me away, so I reckon nothing will. :)

I have been thinking of that but tbh diving into a new game of CC makes my head spin right now. I'll probably have to wait until my semester ends lol because my brain needs to focus on English history and climate change for now.

I had that exact same impression for the longest time, until I started forcing myself to play the game. Now I love it. I’m not sure how to feel about it, honestly, but I’m enjoying it for now. :)

I think I will still give it a chance and play a bit more. It wasn't terrible or anything, it just felt like The Sims 2 with extra shine and less quirk (and the interface is not intuitive to me AT ALL lol). But thanks, Cheezy, for the reassurance - I won't give up on the game just yet. :)

well technically if you're sharting you're already multitasking it's also one of those brief moments in life where absolutely nothing else matters except getting confirmation, so i would understand if mourning his sister wasn't his top priority right then
