If you're curious: 3/4 cup almond flour 1.5 cup pizza cheese 4 tbsp cream cheese Salt Microwave until melted and smooth (1.5 minutes) Add one egg Use parchment paper... not foil. Spread out of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425. Add toppings bake for 5 minutes 3.5 grams net carbs for the crust.
