It's okay if it's hard to put words on your identity. You're allowed to use umbrella terms and not be specific, or use terms that are a close fit but aren't quite perfect. You can call yourself asexual if you're demi. You can call yourself a lesbian if you're maybe closer to bi but lesbian is more comfortable. You can use contradicting terms, you can use closely related terms... language is messy and as a part of trying to find ourselves in this odd world, we find or make the words we need. You're not lying or deceiving anybody. It's okay.
