I really, and I mean REALLY hate when a kid character isn't present in a game and the excuse they give is "Oh, they're too young for that"
They're too young to drive? To be at s murder mystery? But Tails isn't?
"Oh but Tails is s genius it's different" girl. The war. Those kids were at the war. Charmy was literally at the front lines of the battle. Those kids aren't "too young" to be included in anything anymore
I already made a similar argument before in my other blog, but Jet needs to have a little aura to work. He's an annoying bastard, but the point of his character (and the Rogues in general) is that they're annoying, arrogant, BUT they're right about their ego and they're better than you, so you really can't do much about it.
They're not frauds, if you write them as frauds you're doing it wrong. If you write Jet being annoyed at Sonic but not the other way around you're doing it wrong. The point of their dynamic is that Jet’s the only person that can get under Sonic’s skin.
I've seen people get annoyed at how much Rouge is flirting with Espio in the chaotix casefiles but as a shipper I'm having the best moment of my life LMAO.
"But what about Knuckles" this is a team chaotix series, of course the characters will interact more with the main characters be so fr. Though hopefully Rouge will talk to the rest of the team soon (Please make Charmy happy and let him talk to her I feel bad he keeps missing her).
And shipping aside, she's being constantly paired with Espio because his character arc is about his insecurities about his ninja abilities, being in direct contrast with another spy that can do the same things as him but without the inferiority complex IS fuel for the plot. It's not just shipping bait, she's there for a reason and being paired with Espio for a reason. Please just trust the writers for once, she's not there just to look pretty, "Oh all she does in modern Sonic is being a flirt instead of showing her as competent and capable" as she's being constantly compared to Espio as being better than him, be so fr, she's the one getting the clues.
"But it's uncomfortable because he's not interested she's making him uncomfortable" it's valid to feel uncomfortable with all the flirting Rouge is doing, but is it not clear as day that Espio is not even realizing she's flirting? He can't be uncomfortable with it because he doesn't even know that she's interested in him. All he thinks is that she's a thief and wants to distract him from his team so she can do thief stuff behind their back. He's offput by her because he thinks she has evil secret intentions, not because of the flirting.

"Necroplilia this" it's a fairytale kiss. Have you never read a fairytale before? Seen a Disney princess movie? No snow white? No sleeping beauty? No nothing?
Sonic wasn't completely dead. His soul was still around, Elise said so herself. The kiss worked because he answered back to her. He answered back to her because he corresponded the kiss. He corresponded the kiss because he liked her back. And it wad consensual because otherwise the kiss wouldn't have worked. That should come as implicit with the "true kiss of love" part.
And zoophilia? Sonic is not a literal animal wtf. People ship Rouge and Topaz and that's fine. People ship Eggman and Starline and that was fine. Since his conception Sonic was meant to have a human girlfriend. And furry x human pairs exist in media everywhere around.
Elise's only sin was having absolutely no chemistry with Sonic and being in an overly realistic art style
Why is everyone so mad at the care bear collab? Has anyone forgotten that Sonic is a franchise for children? Doing a collaboration with another children franchise? For a mobile game a total amount of 3 people out of the 200 complaining actually play? From a non Canon game that will affect nothing on the franchise besides giving Sega some quick bucks?
Why is everyone so anti crossovers right now? Don't act as if this is the worst crossover Sonic has done. Sonic dash has a skin for android. The green thing from the android phones. Yall won't die from some pastel colored cute bears getting a skin. Chill out.
Characterize Metal Sonic 3.0 as completely shallow and empty. Devoted and totally loyal to Eggman Nega to a fault. Make him be able to talk, but he'll rarely ever say anything, and when he does it's the most generic loyal robot dialogue ever, as a direct opposite of Metal that WANTS to speak, WANTS to argue back but can't.
Make Metal and 3.0 fight and make Metal be absolutely infuriated by seeing how 3.0 COULD just reveal and ditch his creator at any moment but he simply doesn't want to.
Make Eggman be absolutely confused at how Nega can so effortlessly create a Metal Sonic that will listen, while Nega's brilliant strategy is just "don't program emotions into yours machines." But Eggman can't helped himself but to continuously program machines with a personality, because being able to do that is a sign of his brilliance. He WANTS to show off and prove how smart he is, while Nega doesn't have anything to prove to anyone because all he wants is for the world to die.
I owe Sonelise fans an apology.
I've said they have no chemistry before snd that they only worked in fan content. But after seeing a fan animation of a scene from 06, I've come to the conclusion that the problem with the ship is how the characters moved like empty puppets being moved around by a string. The moment you get Sonic to move like actual Sonic suddenly I like the dynamic and think they're cute

Saying that classic Sonic is a “younger Sonic” is just a fact. Like, if he’s from the past he’s younger, duh, but I think people exaggerate how young he’s supposed to be.
Of course, let people headcanon whenever they want, but in universe he’s not supposed to look THAT different from modern Sonic. To us the difference is obvious because art style, but in generations they look mostly so alike his friends have trouble seeing the differences. It’s not a “wtf why do you look like a baby now?”, it’s a “thanks sonic!… weird new haircut but alright!”
Whenever age modern Sonic was in generations, classic isn’t supposed to be THAT far from it.
