I was looking through posts that are anti subtliden and it’s really weird because there are a lot of individuals saying “white people are stupid!”, “I hate white queers!”, ect… implying that white people are the only people identifying with these labels.
I just want to tell you that I love you queers of color- especially contradictory queers of color. You genuinely mean so much to me and this community and make it so much better.
bro I find it comforting that you type AAVE coz that’s how I talk irl and text but people are always weird about about it, they either think I’m stupid and “ghetto” or they treat it like gen z skibidi rizz slang. So it’s nice to see it in the original context, especially since there’s so little other black people in the communities we in lol
Omg fr!! I decided to give up on typin' "properly" and jus type how I talk cuz it feels more natural. We need to normalize AAVE for what it is; not "annoying gen z slang", "unprofessional", or "improper English", it's jus how some of us speak. We're allowed to speak this way, an' we're allowed to translate that into messages. It's also important to show that our communities include Black beings, and we deserve to be heard!! We need to be!!! RAHH I love being Black!!!
Fuck AAVE appropriation and fuck digital blackface
You should give love to your favorite POC person or character today, not negotiable
I'm feeling EXTREMELY sappy rn.
I love you, BIPOC. You don't get enough references in media, or social status, or recognition. I love you. I love you if you're darker or lighter. I love you if you're neurodivergent persodivergent or neurotypical. I love you if you're perisex or intersex. I love you if you're religious or not or somewhere in between. I love you when you make music (even if it's in another language, I especially love you then honestly). I love you when you educate white people and privileged people, I love you when you don't. I love you whether or not we agree on everything. I love you even if you're wrong. I love you if you're disconnected from your culture. I love you if you're LGBTQ, MOGAI, LIOM, I love you if you're cishetallo. I love you if you struggle to make friends, I love you if you have several. I love you if you're able bodied or disabled or don't identify as either. Even if you're "just mixed" or mixed with white (which same) you deserve so much love. You still apply in my eyes if you so choose. You matter no matter what. I love you if you're alterhuman or ahuman or human. I love you if you have trauma especially. I love you if you're USAmerican or from ANY continent. I love you immigrants and nonimmigrants
You might feel alone and maybe you are, but I wish you weren't. I love you all and I want you all to feel better. I wish everyone reading this so much love and support. I wish you great lives, and the medical help you need, and everything good I can think of. Keep being you. Keep learning. Keep existing, because it's beautiful.
Life is beautiful and you all deserve to keep living and learning and being you.
P.S.: if you're white and reading this: I love you as well, don't worry.
this is positivity!
Men, your existence is a good thing.
Trans men, you deserve to be believed about your experiences. I wish you gender euphoria like you've never felt before.
Disabled men, you are valuable just the way you are. I wish you lack of guilt for the things you can't do.
Men of color, whatever culture(s) you belong to are beautiful things. I wish you pride in who you are.
Fat men, you deserve happiness. I wish you comfort in your bodies.
Queer men, you are an inspiration. I wish you peace and safety.
Men who fit into multiple of these categories and/or belong to any minority I didn't list, you're very cool, and I hope you're having a wonderful day.
Men who don't fit into any of these categories, you are wonderful, and you are just as worthy of love as anyone else.
