What are your thoughts on most disabled cats either not being Warriors or forced into the Elders den?

Honestly I could give an essay length answer to this, but the short answer is it's ableist and I hate it. There's no reason Briarlight couldn't be a warrior. Cats who cannot use their back legs learn to get around just fine. There's no reason Longtail and Jayfeather couldn't be warriors if they WANTED to be. It would take a lot of work but they COULD do it, just like Brightheart did.

The Erin's should be ashamed of the way they write disability and that's largely why I made this archive, to show how many opportunities for wonderful representation they fumbled at the starting line.

Oh I agree with that honestly, Moldy would've been really interesting if she got worse as well!! However they chose to make her improve herself and in a way that didn't really make sense. The post was mostly about what they COULD'VE done. Moldy and Circle could've been interesting if Moldy got worse as well mm ... I'm really glad Moldy suffers consequences to her actions. Her death is caused by her OWN decision and not anyone else's, it's great. - Mod Sun

SAME SAME!!! Another way to approach Charlotte's character would be to make her get worse instead of better, maybe slowly treating the contestants the way she treated Parker the more stressed she got over the situation. I would've preferred that or her improving differently much more than what happened in canon. If Charlotte is going to be redeemed, I feel she has to earn this, and if she actively makes things worse for herself the narrative should rightfully punish her for that. It sucks we got a middle ground where nothing clear is done with her character instead. Man, if only she learned a good lesson from this hellish competition. That would've made her arc matter.

The party comes to rest at a small town for the night. However, mid-harassment, the town watch disappears.

As the day (or night) goes on, once all of the people in town flash out of existence, more signs of life disappear. Names from graves and mail boxes, any differences between one house and the next.

Perhaps certain villagers last longer than others, or perhaps old tomes hidden away under the alchemist’s house may explain what is causing space to rewrite, or repurpose, the residents, residence, and history of the town.

One of my mutuals came back from a long hiatus with a post alluding to hard times in their personal life. I want to express my sympathy/offer my support, but I don't know the details of the situation and don't want to ask because it's personal, like I said. Could I get advice from Dusty, please?
